Could I pull off adding a soul patch to the stache?
galleryI want to have more facial hair than just a stache and I want to try adding a soul patch to it. Thoughts?

Middle Gap
Male 30. One year of growth and that middle just won’t fill in. It’ll kinda blend after I comb/brush but ends up like this again after like 10 minutes. Am I doing something wrong? Is it just genetics or can I do something about it?

I need advice again.
galleryExcuse the stubble, I haven’t shaved in a few days. I’m having trouble deciding where to trim the corners of my mouth. Right now, when I try to brush it sideways, the bottom hairs stick out underneath and look messy. My ultimate goal is a Wyatt Earp style mustache, so how long should I actually leave the corners of my mouth?

Chevron?
galleryHello, my moustache fellowshipmen.
I’d like to grow a Chevron, but I’m not sure whether my moustache is suitable for it.
In the barbershop, they used to “destroy” my moustache by trimming it much higher than my upper lip, even though I told them I wanted to grow it out. So it has been growing for a while, but about 5–6 weeks ago I stopped trimming it completely and just let it grow out (first photo from yesterday). The hairs were still curling into my mouth, even though I was combing them downward several times a day.
Today I couldn’t stand it anymore because I felt unkempt, so I asked my wife to trim it, and it turned out like this (second photo).
Do you have any tips? Did I mess it up? Is the moustache too sparse? What about a soul patch? Thanks for your opinions.

Not sure what to do with my stache. I know I wanna grow it out. Walrus, chevron?
galleryMy growth, Last 3 pictures are most recent as of this two days ago. I like the density and ruggedness of a walrus stache (ala nieztsche) but also don’t want to comb down and cover my whole mouth. Any suggestions? I’m open to experimenting. I have not trimmed it or cut it in about 10 weeks now. so just letting it grow out and do its thing while putting on oil, balm and wax for care.

Finally got a decent shot 👁️
Camera really struggles at times to catch the colour, but got quite close here.

1 week update
galleryStill missing the beard. I have had a beard in many forms for the last 30 years. It was such a shock getting rid of it completely. Now I’m settling into the new look of just the stache, I’m sorta, kind of liking it but not 100% there yet. Already got a bit of stubble and fighting the urge to grow my beard back 😂

Finally cut out the stache out for a bearded Van Dyke
Whichever one of you said "remember, they're brothers not twins" - thank you. Helped the stache in security a lot

Is the stache valid
Never was much of a facial hair grower but the stache is vying for legitimacy

Stache advise
So this is my stache. It has been growing for around 3 weeks. I want it to look as natural as possible, so I was thinking about not “shaping” it. However, several hairs are pointy… should I just them grow? are they going to soften anytime later ? Or should I remove some of them ?

What can I do to improve?
Any opinions on what I should do with this? Wife wants a mustache, never had one in my life. I’ve always just taken an electric trimmer and let it grow for 4 months then shave it off to stubble. Seeking any help or tips. Should I get some type of mustache gel to keep it away from my mouth? I have no clue what I’m doing with this.

Looking for advice on a handlebar stache
galleryHello friends!
I have been growing out my mustache for a little more than a month (The chin patch has been there for much longer) and was looking for some advice from this wonderful crowd. Any input or advice ya'll could offer would be greatly appreciated.
I want to grow it out into a classic handlebar look but have a few issues I'm struggling with.
First off is the direction. When I try to comb or brush it to the sides, it tends to just stick straight out instead. Will that problem get better as it gets longer, or is there a tool or product I can use to help?
Second is the shower situation- I'm bald and don't use hair products. It has been getting cleaned when I wash my face normally. Should I be getting shampoo/conditioner just for my mustache?
The last issue is color and texture. Not a fan of how dark it is or how coarse it is growing in compared to the patch on my chin, but I'm just hoping those will clear up as it gets longer. Any input here would still be appreciated though.
Thanks for your time reading this! So fam, how is it looking?

Shaved goatie and tried a first mini handle-bar. Which do you prefer?
galleryAnd I'm aware I need a hair-cut 😅😂
