paid $70 for ads prepaid. app is randomly asking me for like $14, pausing my ad until i pay it, when i try to pay it the app says payment processed but theres no charge and my ad is still paused. have seen others with this issue online, the chat ai confirmed to me that its a bug too. any workaround so my ad can keep running or do i literally just have to wait until the app unfucks itself? i tried different payment methods, i tried going thru desktop, i tried meta ad manager

I was tagged in a post and I have the option to”share to grid”. When I click on it, it’s on my main grid but my name is not in it as a collaborator, it just looks like someone else’s post, is that correct? How does this work does it show up in my followers feed? I want my name on the collaborator top section is there anything I can do? Thanks.

I have created a new IG account via my phone app. I can sign out and in on the app. When I try to sign in on desktop, it gives a failed credentials error. I tried resetting my password. Same error. I tried a different browser. Same error. I tried typing in the password instead of having it auto-populate. Same error.

Anything else to try to fix this? Meta help is no help.

I was in the middle of making a new post and when I removed some images all of them went black. I tried reloading the app and making new posts but this happens every time. what do I do? if I try to make the post anyway and click next it just doesn't load

Llevo unos días con un problema en mi cuenta de Instagram y ya no sé qué más hacer.
Me apareció un aviso de seguridad diciendo que mi contraseña había sido comprometida y que debía actualizar mi correo electrónico. El problema es que la aplicación está completamente congelada: no me deja navegar, ver publicaciones ni hacer nada dentro de la cuenta.
Intenté cambiar/actualizar el correo desde la pantalla de alerta, pero cada vez que intento guardar los cambios me sale un mensaje de error genérico. Estoy atrapado/a en un bucle donde no me deja avanzar ni me permite guardar el nuevo correo para recuperar el acceso.
Quisiera saber:

¿A alguien más le ha pasado esto recientemente?
¿Pudieron solucionarlo o encontraron alguna forma de saltarse ese error al guardar?

Bit of a weird one.

I commented on a singer's post. He's relatively unknown to the world, just in my home country. Since then, I kept getting annoying spam bots following me (using his name).

Today I got another one, and thought okay I'll just delete the comment and hopefully it'll stop.

I removed my comment and like on the post and then the bot that followed me disappeared!

Is this connected, or just a coincidence?!

Can I SOMEHOW see all the message Requests anyone has sent me since I've changed my settings to 'message requests allowed not to everyone' ??

I have already tried changing the settings again to 'everyone' but it turned out I can't see the messages I've received in all these months!

Anything? Any app or something? Or am I not gonna have this fun at all?🤧😂

Is anyone else really annoyed by how in the home tab you ONLY see reels, like i wish even if no one has posted anything new, that they just showed old posts there. If im not on the app for a while and come back it doesnt even show old posts i have missed its justs reels, i just wish there was a way to turn that off. Its so annoying

i just had 3 of my private instagram accounts suspended one by one for no reason at all. 2 of those were almost 10 years old. This is barbaric. ive never interacted with anything political, never used a third party app, never done suspicious behaviour or watched weird stuff, i barely even like reels. All the accounts linked to my gmail have been suspended and they gave no reason. They just said it violated community integrity. what the hell is that even supposed to mean??? i completed the entire process appealing for the first 2 accounts and it said my ID (national ID btw) was unacceptable anf then it went ahead and said you still dont follow our guideline (no elaboration whatsoever on what it was that i did). i used these acc v rarely and then my main account which i use daily got suspended WHILE i was watching reels. i completed the entire appeal process, it said my national ID wasnt accepted again. so i even gave my passport ID and now its on waiting. i tried the incognito browser thing, didnt work. i talked to meta AI help centre to atleast tell me what i did wrong and it said i cant currently find a reason for your account to be suspended. it wont let me talk to a human representative. it gave me the link to a form and the form says page not found. any help????? please?????

So I have an account and I usually post memes on that and the memes are not offensive or smtg so it got banned before idk why and my other account also got banned with it i didn't know what was happening so I let it go and created another account and that got banned yesterday so I tried appealing and it came back instantly so I thought I should try appealing on my that account so I did today and it came backkk then I used it for like 20 minutes and it got banned again idk why I didn't even do anything I just got some photos from my account and that's it and I appealed again (and while I was typing this I got email that my account is back so idk I'm still posting this)

I couldn't find an answer to this in here or on google. Lately (past 8 weeks?), when I reply to a comment on one of my posts, it doesn't just post my reply in the comments, it also sends my comment as a DM to the person, with no reference to the post... just my comment by itself as a DM. a couple of times I've already had a convo going with the person and it arrives as a total non sequitur. otherwise, it just shows up as a random, nonsensical statement coming out of the blue. why is this happening and how do I stop it? also, it doesn't happen ALL the time and I can't figure out why.

So maybe a week or two ago my main account got deleted, I will admit I did post kinda provocative stuff on there and got a couple of alerts about it but I’ve been posting mostly memes and clothes lately. One day I log on and I’m suspended, I did the things required, didn’t get any of my data sent to me because by password was invalid even though I logged in on multiple devices. I let it go and then tried to switch to my spam - that was gone also, and even my brand account that had NOTHING on it is gone.

I had my friend make me a new account from her phone and it’s been smooth for a few days then I go to open it now and poof. So all that to say, is it time to just call it a day for good because I’m tired of coming up with creative usernames and customer service is horrrrible

I tried sharing one of the slides (not the first one) from this post to my story. I then tried to replace the music or select a different part of the currently selected track but I got a message: "Something went wrong".

This is not happening if I add the FIRST slide to my story. It happens from the second-to-last slide.

If I accidentally view someone’s story who I don’t follow or accidentally request to follow them but immediately block them after, will they still be able to see me in their story views/will they still get the notif that I requested them?
