1- A planet where the atmosphere is toxic, cities are located in protective domes and you can only travel between them using tunnels full of enemies, vehicles or gas suits.
2- A planet completely dead after an epic battle of the great war, full of ruins and scrap metal, you have to recover energy cells/blueprints or something, full of ancient mines still active and turret systems that were never deactivated, it could be full of lore.
3- Ocean planet, where there are only some rock formations with telecommunications/scientific facilities, infested by flying bugs, air transport is impossible, the facilities must be cleaned, the communication antennas recovered and the only way to transport is in cable cars that were used to transport merchandise, while the helldiver team is attacked by swarms of flying bugs and dragons.
I know they're not perfect ideas, but I think they would be interesting.
Important: Please don't mean to offend anyone by using AI to create these images. It's not pro production AI; I just don't have the skill or knowledge in illustration to do it by hand. Sorry.

only 3 shots to kill him.
Of course, it's difficult to make use of it in the middle of chaotic fights, but it is practically the only primary weapon capable of pulling off assassinations like this.

I never understood the whole "grunt fantasy" with Helldivers 2.
In lore, Helldivers are literally seen as heroes. Super Earth elite, literally.
I mean, sure, they're still expendable. But they're literally seen as heroes by Super Earth citizens.
I'd argue that Helldivers are elite soldiers, that are still human, and can die just as easily as a normal grunt.
Here's an example.
You have the Halo franchise.
First, there's the UNSC Marine. Normal human soldier.
Then, the ODST. Elite human soldier, highly capable in combat and still capable of dying. Not invincible.
Lastly, the Spartans. Genetically modified soldiers, who are super tough and highly capable. Literally super soldiers.
Helldivers fall into the elite human soldier category. The SEAF are the human grunts. However, Super Earth doesn't exactly have a super soldier equivalent like Spartans.
Y'know what I mean?

Trailblazer Scout with 'Better Female Armors', 'Cat Ear Compendium', and a LUT recolor mod I made to unify the greens and eliminate the tan color from the original armor and cape.

The mods need to adjust the rules or enforce them.
There are several dozen posts within a day about the warbond delay. I get it, but cheese and crackers people.
Go touch grass lol
So Mods if your reading this, make one giant thread where people can dump in there or just ban it.

Coming back to play this game again after several months and I find that we are STILL fighting on the same planets on the same fronts with the same biomes. I havent played on a moon biome planet in over a year. I hear two new biomes were added and are any of them available? Nope.
But I guess if I wanna play on the swamp, or fire tornadoes or grassland thats literally always there.
I miss at the start of the game when factions were frequently moving around and we actually got to see different planets. I remember fighting on such a variety of planets around launch but now things just feel so stagnant. IDK, maybe some other helldivers can commiserate with me but I really wish we could move around to some new planets/biomes more frequently. That would honestly bring me back to this game much more than a new warbond or a limited time weapon would.

Charbal-VII is expected to lose, we have a chance to win this major defense on Heze bay. But with current low iq helldivers (don't know how they can think properly), they think Heze bay would be too tough for them, despite being unable or unwilling to fight against the blue mech squids. Last major defense showed even a small amount of divers were able to fight against the mech squids

i have a budget but i really want to know what laptop should i buy for this game, ive been wanting to play this game since it came out
r/Helldivers • u/Sigma2047294 • 21h ago
Why are the Helldivers trying to defend Charbal when it is already unsaveable instead of trying to stop the spread of the exo storm?

Inspired by recent posts about "whiny fanbase"
Why can't we just... Get along and play the fuckin game instead of calling each other names? We have, like, 3 factions to hate instead of ourselves

I have been playing this game from the beginning and not 1 time have I seen people go for the attacking planet, I know AH doesnt explain at all how this game works but still if we take this planet we get both

I was so hyped to get helldiver's 2 when it was releasing on Xbox along with the odst warbond, I got the game bought the warbond and stayed up all night just grinding out the warbond, I even fought in New Alexandria with some random people also using odst gear and it was the best time of my life.
Then after the dopamine died down I kinda realized the odst warbond didn't really give us much and half the weapons aren't even true to halo. Come to find out from my PC max rank friends that this is common, didn't want to think that way.
Arrowhead talked about Armor variants, new cloaks, 8 player lobbies, game modes where you can run into other teams doing missions, basically all this other stuff and none of it is to be found, and every other month they're on vacation
I rarely post on this sub but I've witnessed this sub absolutely losing itself because if I bring up things I find unfair I just get hit with "you're a traitor" or if someone says things are fine they're a "gla ze diver" (this sub won't let me use that word I guess?) and all this mess just makes it hard to stay playing the game, my friends all abandoned the game and I lost more motivation to play this game

i think it is a great weapon but still sensor still the better one's
Hyena is good is against clankers, slaps hard on bugs and not bad against illuminates but i feel sensor just better for me since it has a silencer, what you guys think about the gun

Is this never going to be made available for those who missed the campaign?
Feels kinda unfair.
Like look i get rewards and all are short but locking an entire Stratagem behind a single campaign with no roadmap on when they will be unlockable again is kinda bullshit.
Not everyone can play ever campaign man.

Above statement.

Don't come for the illuminate, don't stay for the non-sights!

I originally wanted to save up enough SC to get the warp pack so I can get in the bunkers during my solo Super Cred grinds but I recently just found out that you can just use a exosuit instead but I really want to know if the Control Group warbond is still worth it
Edit: Just bought it. I already got my first warbond and I haven't even finished the free one yet. So happy (also borrowed my teammates sweeper and now I'm in love.. after I buy servants of freedom maybe)

So, i've been playing a lot of horde shooters these days and i really got a very great time, i wanted to buy helldivers 2 but i heard a lot about frequent nerfs and making people even more less enganging with the game
I am a casual player, i'm not those types of guys that likes to play in the highest difficulty, etc, and also, i like using whatever weapon that i think i'm in the mood for, so i don't care that much about that: "oh this weapon have much dps, oh this weapon is better against the bugs", i just like to get the weapon that i think it will be the one that i will have fun and play with.
So, with final conclusion with my personal play style and all the updates that came all these years, is it worth it buying helldivers 2 in 2026?
