[Hiring] [Hiring] Looking for someone to find international clients & close deals for a dev agency (commission-based, 20-30%)

[Hiring] Hey everyone,

We're Pixen Studio, a web & app development agency also building SaaS products and automation solutions. We've delivered 20+ projects for clients so far and are now looking to scale up our client acquisition.

What we need:

Someone who can find foreign/international clients, pitch our services, and schedule meetings with them.

Compensation structure(commission-based, no fixed salary):

  • If you find the lead, schedule the meeting, and we close the deal → 20% of the total project value
  • If you find the lead and close the deal yourself (talk to the client, negotiate, seal it) → 30% of the total project value

Project values typically range from e.g. $300–$5000+, so commission payouts scale with deal size. No cap on earnings — the more you close, the more you make.

What we offer:

  • Web development
  • App development
  • SaaS products
  • Automation solutions
  • CRM systems

We have a solid portfolio and proven delivery track record, so selling our services should be backed by real results, not just promises.

If you have experience in sales, business development, or lead generation — especially with international/foreign clients — and you're comfortable working on a commission basis, drop a comment or DM me. Happy to share our portfolio and past project details.

Looking forward to connecting!

Web developers - how do you identify potential clients who would be willing to pay a retainer after a project goes live?

After 7 years working as a frontend developer for two large organisations here in London where I live, I've started trying to make my way as a freelancer - offering design and development services to small businesses.

I'm still trying to land my first client and have made a list of London boroughs to systematically go though on google maps - searching for businesses who look like they match the following criteria:

  • website has been neglected or is missing potentially valuable content
  • has 4+ star Google review average
  • hires somewhere between 3-12 staff
  • is, or ought to be, updating content on a semi-regular basis (blogs, team members etc.)

It's my best guess that businesses that loosely match this set of criteria could be the types who would be happy to part with a ~£100 monthly retainer not to have to deal with updating content and maintaining a website generally.

I've been contacting accountants and solicitors with a short introductory message highlighting things they (or I) could do to improve the experience of visitors to their site. I also offer a zero-commitment homepage redesign preview (nothing to lose on their side and gives me a chance to prove myself)... So far it's not been working 😬

So, what do you guys find works when proactively trying to identify new clients who you want to build long-term relationships with?

I’d help build and maintain your web and mobile application

Hey there,

I think you’ve probably got an idea you’d like to bring to life. Perhaps you’ve decided that AI can help build the MVP, which is totally fine. I believe AI can help build out your MVP. However, it would be difficult to maintain and scale such an application in the long run. In that case, you need a professional who knows the ins and outs of web development and design.

I’m a full-stack developer with seven years of experience building web applications, websites, and mobile applications. I’ve worked across multiple industries, including fintech, e-commerce, and web3, among many others. My approach is quite simple: I first understand the core problem you’re trying to solve with your product, who your ideal user personas are, and what your goal is for the product. I then build towards that goal.

I’d be happy to share my case studies with you. I was going to share my portfolio here, but due to community guidelines, I can’t do that. If you have a project idea or a project you’re currently working on and need help continuing with the build, feel free to reach out to me. I’d be happy to chat.

[For Hire] [FOR HIRE] [Full Remote] Python Backend & Data Engineer 6+ YOE — Open to Projects and Collaborations

Hi everyone,

I’m a developer with 6+ years of experience in backend development, data engineering, and automation.

I build REST APIs with FastAPI and Django. I also develop data acquisition pipelines via web scraping and API integrations.

A large part of my work involves PostgreSQL and MySQL, including database design and query optimization. I’m also comfortable deploying and maintaining applications with Docker, Linux, and cloud infrastructure.

I enjoy working on projects where the data is messy, the workflow needs to be automated, or an existing backend needs to become more reliable and maintainable.

I’m fluent in English, and I collaborate remotely with international clients all the time.

I’m interested in remote freelance projects, long-term collaborations, and working with agencies or development teams that occasionally need additional backend or data engineering support.

Feel free to send me a DM if you think we could work together. Here's my GitHub profile, and I can share my resume in a DM if you need more info on my background.

Thank you all!

[For Hire] [For Hire] I develop chrome extensions

For Hire
https://www.reddit.com/user/Friendly_Chocolate_9/

Hi there, If you are looking to build a chrome extension for your SaaS platform or a web app,, i can help you with that. I have deep understanding of how extensions work on the browsers. My ballpark estimate is around $70-100 depending on the complexit。

Some of my published extensions include:

- Markwise

– webpage highlighting, annotation, and persistent note management. Recently

released, with a 5-star review.

- HAR Debugger

– records browser network requests and exports them as HAR files, currently with

90+ users.

- TabTrail

– keyboard-based tab navigation ordered by recent usage.

- Charset

– changes webpage character encoding, currently with 20+ users shortly after

launch.

I have also developed extensions for bulk-exporting product images, reviews, and

other structured data from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, SHEIN, Wayfair, and

Lazada. My current professional work includes an enterprise browser AI assistant

with Side Panel UI, content scripts, background service workers, Native Messaging,

local runtime integration, streaming LLM responses, and automated form filling.

I’m comfortable with Manifest V3, content/background communication, DOM extraction,

pagination and dynamic-page handling, network interception, data export,

permissions, Chrome Web Store publishing, and maintaining extensions as websites

evolve.

I’d be happy to learn more about the websites, data requirements, expected output

format, and project timeline. I’m also open to a long-term collaboration if the

initial delivery goes well.

[For Hire] [FOR HIRE] Looking for businesses that need or think they need AI solutions

My team and I are technical developers with experience from MIT, UCSD, and DoD companies that run an AI agency that consults, scopes, builds, and deploys AI solutions for businesses without an internal AI/development team. We build all our solutions uniquely client by client, and do not accept the majority of payment until contract completion, with a cheaper pilot phase to see if you like the solutions first. If you are a business owner or know business owners that are in need, or are uncertain but think they do need, AI solutions that can improve internal operations, save time/money, and potentially increase revenue - please reach out in dm.
