Resource Official Agency Ad Accounts

Hello everyone,

It’s great to be an official partner with this community, and we hope we can provide a lot of value for you all.

We’re Agency Aurora, one of the largest providers of Agency Ad Accounts for all major social platforms, including Meta - whom we are officially partnered with.

Our network includes thousands of advertisers globally, with our accounts also being resold by many other agencies. In this post, we’ll give information about what agency ad accounts are, their benefits and how you can use our services.

What is an Agency Ad Account?
Simply put, an agency account is an advertising account that has been created specifically by the business manager of a trusted, official partner agency of Meta.

These accounts are different from standard accounts you can create yourself for a few reasons:- They can receive cashback on advertising spend.

- They are trusted, and much less likely to get restricted.
- They do not have spending limits or require a warmup phase.
- You get a dedicated rep for support from the platform.
- You can get an auction advantage and cheaper results.
- An unlimited amount of them can be created by the agency.

What do we provide?
As an official reselling partner of Meta, we can provide enterprise-tier agency accounts for advertisers.
Our goal is to support all levels, from beginner to experienced marketers. And, as mentioned above, our services come with additional benefits, including:

- Low Adspend Fees
- Cashback on Advertising Spend
- Dedicated Account Manager
- No Spending Limits & Warmup Phase
- Pay Ad Spend with Card, Transfer, Wire, Crypto
- Advertise Restricted Niches & Verticals
- Special Account Structure to Prevent Bans
- Unlimited Agency Ad Accounts
- Self-Service Dashboard to Manage Accounts
- Whitelabel & Reselling Opportunities

How does it work?
When you sign up with us, you let us know what you plan to advertise and we can create the ad accounts for you. Once created, we share them with your Business Manager and you can launch your ads. If an account is ever disabled, we can issue a replacement and move your funds. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated account manager for support.

What’s the cost?
Typically we charge $300/month for access, unlimited accounts, dedicated support, unlimited replacements etc. However, as a genuine special offer for this community, we can lower this to $150/month for the first 3 months.

We do not have a special pricing offer anywhere else and this is the only place you can secure this offer from us. If you would like to get started, you can sign up here: https://agency-aurora.com/join/facebookads

Our team is based in the UK and around the world, with support available around the clock for clients.

If you have any questions at all, we’ll be happy to help at any time, just let us know.

Help ROAS dropped from 5x to under 2x since January - need help diagnosing

Running Meta ads for a D2C apparel brand in India. Since January: ROAS went from 5x to 2.9x (dips under 2x some days), CPM up 30-40%, CPC almost doubled, CTR down from 1.4% to ~1%.

Ruled out: CVR is still strong (3-4%), so not a site/checkout issue. Frequency is stable too, so it doesn't look like classic creative fatigue - feels more like a pure reach/auction-cost squeeze.

Tested 200+ creatives over 3 months, most now paused.

Anyone else seeing this kind of CPM squeeze lately? What would you check next?

Help $0.48 per install but only 13 out of 674 installs ever used the product. India, Android. Here are the 3 things I can't work out.

Upvotes

Itinerary planner App (FREE), Target: India, Android.

Running Meta app install campaigns since end of May, about $325 in. Numbers below are 90 days.

My setup:

- 1 campaign, 1 ad set, 4 ads
- Objective and optimisation goal both set to App Installs
- Highest volume bidding, $31/day campaign budget
- Targeting: India, 18 to 65, Android phones and tablets, excluding people who already have the app
- Advantage+ audience on, targeting expansion on, so fully broad

Delivery looks healthy. 1.68M impressions, 17,900 clicks, $0.40 CPM, frequency 1.37.

The full funnel:
- 13,543 people saw my Play Store page
- 600 installed (4.43%)
- 674 installs total counted by Play
- 573 opened the app (85% of installs)
- 70 logged in (12% of those)
- 55 browsed a collection
- 18 started the core action
- 13 actually created an itinerary

So $325 bought 674 installs and 13 people who used the product for the thing it exists to do. Monthly active devices sitting at 250.

Three things I'm stuck on:

1. How do I stop Meta showing my ads to people who are never going to convert?
85% of installers open the app, which sounds fine, but only 12% of them log in and almost nobody goes deeper. Feels like I'm buying curious clickers rather than people who actually want a trip planner. I'm fully broad with Advantage+ audience on because that's the standard advice for app installs. Is the fix narrower targeting, a different optimisation event, or is this just what broad looks like and the real problem is my product?

2. How do I get more of those 13,543 store page visitors to install?
4.43% conversion. Play Console says that's about half the median for Travel and Local apps. I have not touched the listing since launch. For anyone who has moved this number, what actually did it? Screenshots, preview video, first two lines of the description, icon?

3. How do I get installers to register?
573 open the app, 70 create an account. There's an account wall fairly early in the flow. Do I push the wall later and let people see something first, add Google one tap, or is 12% just what a free app with a signup gate looks like?

One thing I already know is wrong: Meta has never had a signup event to optimise against, so it has been chasing installs this whole time and doing exactly what I told it to. Fixing that this week. But I don't think that alone explains a 12% login rate.

Used AI to pretty up the post. Please dont mind.

Help Why do my Meta Ads only work for the first 2 days?

I'm facing the same issue in almost every Meta Ads campaign.

- Day 1–2: Good traffic, good audience, sales start coming.

- Day 3 onwards: Sales drop or completely stop, and the audience quality becomes much worse.

I don't make any major changes to the campaign, but this keeps happening every time.

Has anyone experienced this? What's the real reason behind it, and how did you fix it?

I'd really appreciate advice from experienced Meta Ads experts.

Thanks fro your attention!

Help What I am missing in targeting?

Upvotes

Hey everyone, I run Meta Ads for a raw dog food brand. I am targeting a broad audience (all dog owners and every breed) but the vast majority of my engagement and conversions come from small breed owners (pomerians, french etc mostly) I am getting almost no conversions from medium/large breed owners. By the way, they are conversions that come from WP messages because the client want to sell with talking to his clients. Because everybody wanna know which food is better for their dogs or how much should they give.

Thing I’m trying to figure out:

- Is this typically the algorithm self-optimizing (i.e., the system learns “who ever clicks more gets show more” and drifts toward small beewd owners)

- How do I break this kind of bias in Meta’s targeting? Does manual interest targeting (large beeed dog owners) actually help or is broad is better approach?

Has anyone dealt with something similar, especially running ads for?

Help Roast My Ad Copy. Be Brutally Honest.

Upvotes

I’m a solo founder building a SaaS for retro video game stores.

This is one of the creatives I’m testing on Instagram.

The core positioning is:

“Your POS Sells Games. RetroBase Gets Them Ready.”

The idea is that most stores already have a POS, but they still manage testing, cleaning, repairs, pricing and photos outside of it. RetroBase handles everything before an item is ready to sell.

So far I’ve had clicks, but almost no signups, which makes me question whether the messaging is the problem, the landing page, or simply the audience.

If this ad appeared in your feed:

  • What’s the first thing you’d think this product does?
  • Would you click it?
  • What’s confusing or weak?
  • If you had 5 seconds to rewrite the headline, what would you change?

Don’t hold back. I’d rather hear why it won’t work than get polite feedback.

Help Clicks and Visitors from Random Countries Targeted Ads

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone been noticing live visitors navigating from Meta ads to your landing pages from non-targetted countries?

I am getting clicks that show my fb campaign post ids in the tracking coming from random countries rather than the targetted countries I chose in my campaign.

Anyone know whats the reason for this? Can it be eliminated or is it a Meta bug as usual?

Note: I have proper protection against bots, these are real visitors I can seem them nagivate and take actions on the website.

Bug / Outage Today is something special with quality

I've seen a lot of issues with traffic quality, but today is something special. Even when the traffic was bad, I had some orders 1,2 per hour, but I had them.

Data:
My daily spend is $500, down from $1500 in March
Toy brand, US only
Median CTR ~6%, median conversion is 3.2%
I get 30-50 orders daily

So, as you can tell, there are rarely 2 hours with no sales, but not today. I know there was an outage in the morning, but everything was fine - I had the best day since the beginning of the month. Everything stopped at 1 pm Central Time. No sales since then from Meta (there was one from Google, though). My ROAS was 2+ in the afternoon, now slowly marching to <1. So 7 hours with no sales during the day, it's just ridiculous.

Shopify screenshot in comments just to realize the damage.

Is it the same for everyone, or just me?

Help Sales Drop When CPM Drops

We see a big drop in sales about once every week or two. We've noticed that it often happens when CPM drops.

It isn't always because Meta shifts budget to cheaper placements like Audience Network. CPM also drops on Feed placements. It doesn't seem to be related to countries either, because Meta can simply switch to a cheaper audience within the same countries.

Most of the time, performance comes back after 2 or 3 days, but not always.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there any way to prevent it or recover faster? Thanks!

Help How much time it will take for meta to increase credit line?

We have a major bottleneck with meta as we are scaling aggressively and hitting our credit limit in three or four days. Meta is showing you can only have limited payment transactions.

We are in a helpless situation where we can't pay the amount and not able to increase the limit. All the momentum is been shattered.

don't know what to do now

Help "Not Delivering"

Set up 2 ads, 2 days apart, first one said "Not Delivering" figured it was an audience issue being narrow.

Set up a second ad, with advantage+ audience (widest possible)...still says "Not Delivering"

And it just doesn't tell you what's wrong...can someone help?!

Discussion The ad account was just starting to run when it suddenly got restricted?

Many cross-border sellers and overseas brands have experienced similar problems: ad accounts getting restricted shortly after launch, or personal accounts becoming unstable after long-term advertising. A lot of people think it is just bad luck, but in many cases, the real issue starts from the account structure and preparation before running ads.

Business ad accounts are usually more suitable for long-term operations because they provide better asset management and team collaboration. However, for many mainland China advertisers, getting approved is not simply about submitting documents. Business information, website quality, Facebook Page, Business Manager setup, admin permissions, and product compliance all influence the review result. Many new advertisers do not fail because they cannot run ads, but because the foundation of their advertising system was not built properly.

Facebook advertising today is no longer only about launching campaigns and increasing budgets. Account quality and asset stability have become part of the long-term growth strategy. A good advertising account is not just an account that gets approved, but an asset that can collect data, build trust, and support future scaling. Before focusing on lowering your CPA, have you checked whether your advertising foundation is strong enough for long-term growth?

Help My ads always get super pricey after 3-4 days. Is my account messed up?

Hi guys, my Meta ads have been acting bizarre lately.

Whether I drop new creatives into old campaigns or launch completely fresh ad sets, they run OK for 3 or 4 days. Then all of sudden CPM and CPC shoot way up (like 300% higher or even more).

I’ve tested different landing pages and dozens of different ad assets, but every test hits this same wall after a few days. It doesn’t seem tied to one specific creative or landing page.

I’m confused...is this regular creative fatigue, or is there something wrong with my Meta ad account? Any tips?

Bug / Outage Anyone else getting trash traffic again today? Possible Meta outage?

Something feels off again today.
After the issues over the last week, my campaigns are once again getting what looks like low-quality traffic. Clicks are still coming in, but conversions have dropped sharply and the traffic doesn’t seem to match the usual behavior.
I’m not talking about normal day-to-day volatility—this feels more like delivery quality suddenly changed.
Has anyone else noticed:
A spike in poor-quality traffic?
Normal CTR but significantly worse conversion rates?
Delivery acting strangely again today?
Trying to figure out if this is account-specific or if Meta is having another issue.
There have already been multiple ad delivery disruptions in the past week, including the July 16 and July 19 incidents, and some advertisers are still reporting performance problems following those outages.

Bug / Outage Personal profile restricted from advertising my business page for "Inauthentic behaviour."

I'm hoping someone here has been through something similar or can point me in the right direction. Sorry for the long read!

I've been using Facebook for legitimate business, along with advertising through the Ads Manager for a few different businesses I own. I also do fundraising on my personal account over the last several years without any issues. Recently, not too different from past years when confirming donation website link via messenger to people, some of whom aren't in my friends list, so were sending through message request.

Messenger would suddenly block me from replying to people and require an identity check. The verification screen would get stuck on "Position your face" and never recognise my face, no matter what I tried. I eventually realised the verification would complete on an older phone I still owned, so I used that to get back into my account.

Unfortunately, the problem kept repeating. Every time I received a new message request—or sometimes even when I messaged someone on Marketplace—I would get logged out of Messenger again and have to verify my identity. This happened roughly 10 times over several weeks.

During this period I was also locked out of Facebook multiple times and had to upload government-issued ID to regain access.

Shortly afterwards, Meta permanently restricted my personal profile from advertising for "Inauthentic behaviour." My business Pages and ad accounts don't appear to have policy violations, but because my personal profile is restricted, I can no longer publish ads.

I've managed to get through to Meta Support, but the restriction still hasn't been resolved.

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced:

  • The endless Messenger identity verification loop?
  • The "Position your face" verification bug?
  • A personal advertising restriction for "Inauthentic behaviour" after repeated identity verification requests?

I'm also wondering:

  • Has anyone successfully appealed this type of restriction?
  • Did Meta ever explain what actually triggered it?
  • Were you eventually able to get your advertising access restored?

How do I get around this? AI has warned that adding my wife as a page admin and using her login details could trigger circumventing enforcement.

I'm absolutely shattered; we have a few key times a year we advertise hard and generate high revenue, and now the possibility that I can't do this is a shock and has left me wondering if I am going to lose my livelihood altogether.

Currently I can't post on Facebook, personally or business pages; I can't reply to business customers' messages. I can use Messenger, but I know it's only a matter of time before I get kicked off Messenger, and I won't be using my old phone to get verified, so i'll be off for good. I've read one very similar story to me on Facebook, but I can't comment on their post!

Any genuine experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Help Best Meta Ads objective for getting paid event registrations?

Hi everyone,

For those who have experience running Meta ads for paid one-day events or conferences, which campaign objective has worked best for you?

Engagement

Traffic

Leads

We don't have a website. We'll be linking people to a Linktree page that contains instructions on how to register. From there, users can choose one of three Google Forms:

Regular registration

Student registration

Group registration

This is my first time running a campaign with an objective other than Awareness. My goal is to get participants that can register and pay the event/conference fee.

Has anyone run a similar setup? Which objective would you recommend, especially if you're sending traffic to Linktree and Google Forms instead of a website?

Thanks in advance!
