This might be an unpopular opinion but recently, I have discovered that there is a new wave taking over the Instagram author community where it has become normalized to publicize every internal argument happening in group chats. There are times when the concerns are valid and involve bigotry, but the recent posts I've seen seem to stem more from misunderstandings that could/should have been resolved in private.

I know Episode is a small community, but I think authors should still uphold a certain level of professionalism. It is also odd how normalized it has become to publicize private DM's and conversations. Something about this feels unethical, is it just me? Is anyone else even bothered by this stuff?

EDIT: Because it keeps getting mentioned in the replies, I have gone back and viewed the Google Drive in full. I still don't believe it was necessary and actually might be more harmful than the original intent because all I have gathered is that this drama is no longer about ableism awareness but about a massive case of misunderstandings and things lost in translation as they were relayed by different parties. Maybe this is a lesson to be direct with your concerns rather than opening side conversations. I have seen more authors talk about this petty drama than I have seen them write their actual stories so maybe that is where my frustration as a reader lies.

There used to be a partnership between Pocket Gems and the Comedy Central adult cartoon Ugly Americans.

It was a story in the Episode app in which you played as the show's main character, Mark Lily.

Many songs from the portal actually originate from that partnership, such as: funk_interlude, interlude_gfunk, interlude_jazzyvar, jazzy_interlude, interlude_flute and interlude_organ.

I do not care about advanced directing, complex layovers, or any of that extra fluff. Most of it is just useless filler. I pretty much only care about is being able to fully customize my mc and li from top to bottom. It is honestly lowkey offensive when games choose a default look for everyone that is just generic and white. its very boringgg

Hi! I'm currently coding my first story and came up with a cute idea for some outro art of the main characters. The MC has a big love for photography so I was planning on drawing the characters as if she took Polaroid photos of them. However, this would not follow the plot of that specific episode. Would this be a fun addition or would it bother you seeing characters interact that aren't friends yet or more stubborn characters seemingly having fun?

I came to read this story because I thought it would be fun. It is. I am enjoying. Also the outfits are very nice.

But the reason she came to the show was kinda creepy and disturbing😭.

And to think that it actually happens to people in real life is also sad. I do recommend this story
