Okay so for context: I'm a 22yo woman, 171 cm, 52-53kg (or 5'7 and 115 lbs I think?). Currently my goal is to build muscle with a clean bulk and I'm trying my best to not gain too much fat. My body fat is around 16%. I work out 3 times a week (strength training) and average 11k steps a day.
Lately I've been wondering if I should eat more, especially more protein/fat. I've stopped counting calories and macros but I try to balance my meals with proteins, fat, fiber and carbs to properly fuel my body.
This is a typical day of eating for me.
Details about the meals:
Breakfast: whole wheat protein bread with cottage cheese and soft boiled egg
Lunch: tomato sauce oats, two eggs, veggies and beans with cottage cheese
Dinner: crudité plate with salad, low fat spread cheese, 2 boiled eggs, handful of nuts
Desert: yogurt, fruit, dark chocolate or maybe a few candies depending on my mood lol
Should I eat more to build muscle or will I be able to bulk with that kind of meals?
I do use olive oil here and there that you can't see and nuts if I'm hungry.
