Game Feedback it is baffling that in 2026, there is no action taken against people just casually being racist, sexist and homophobic in game.
im not sorry, but it is downright embarassing that valve is not changing their moderation policy on a new game . you have people dropping slurs every 2 second and no action is ever taken against them.
it has been a decade since word filter that dispense penalty have been a thing already. yes, people find way to bypass it, but at least you don't have at least 1 person going on racist, sexist or homophobic rant every single game.

Question Were we ever explained why Ixian tails differ so much from each other?
With Infernus, he may have gotten rid of it but i don't understand why Apollo and Abrams have different tails. Apollo's looks more alive, idk how exactly to explain it but Abrams tail is just dragging behind him like its dead.
you guys think we will get Abrams tail change?

Discussion ELI5: Why are M1 Carries strong from the start of the game and have some of the hardest CC?
I've played this game for 2 years and I'm genuinely curious, this isn't a rant post or crying for nerfs, it just isn't how any other moba tends to work you know? Some of the deadliest laners are hyper carries, like infernus, or have point and click CC on top of hard hitting abilities to carry them through the early-mid (Wraith, haze, seven, Venator etc).
Looking at DotA wiki's description: A carry is typically the weakest hero at the beginning of a game, and if played well, the strongest at the end of it but this isn't the case in deadlock.

Question Why does everyone consider Viscous a support?
I have so many questions about why the majority still sees Viscous as a support, despite his objectively strong kit that lets you build literally anything you want. I used to think it was just low-rank mentality – people copying builds without understanding – but now I'm playing in Phantom and Ascendant, and nothing has changed. If you don't buy Rescue Beam on Viscous, your teammates already start questioning you.
Objectively, Viscous is a super unique hero because of his versatility – every single ability can be the centerpiece of your build and your main source of impact. Yet everyone only focuses on the Cube. To me, Viscous is not a support; he's more like a heavy-hitting nuker with a side option to save teammates.
What annoys me is that with every patch, Viscous's damage gets nerfed. What's wrong with the hero? He sits at a 47% win rate – objectively, only the top 100 dedicated one-tricks can actually pop off with him; everyone else just can't bring enough impact, and the game doesn't hinge on their performance.
What do you guys think about the hero?

Discussion I think it’s time to address this item
Is it healthy for the game at this point? I love playing Chinese Abrams but more recently it’s been a mandatory unstop/ indomitable buy as a front liner and even then that’s not enough. Not a fan of turn based deadlock

Discussion UPDATE: It has officially been exactly “a few weeks” since Yoshi said “a few weeks” for the matchmaking update
It has been 21 days since Yoshi said the matchmaking update would be released. Do you think the matchmaking update is coming soon, or do you believe that by the ambiguous wording of his post there is potentially a long time to go before this first update rolls out?

Fan Art Reimagined Trapper design
For those not in the know, Trapper was a Hero Labs character who's model was a slightly modified Pocket, their move set was very spider/ghost buster themed.
Thought the concept of a magical exterminator was cool so I doodled this, I doubt they'd look even close to this if they where ever added to the game proper, I just thought it'd be a fun little thought experiment.
Also, my only tenuous evidence for Billy being somehow related to the Municiple Coven comes from the new Urn voicelines where it talks to him like it knew him, making reference to him "quitting" like he always does, it also references working for the coven in other voicelines.
