I know it's definitely dyed. It's seafoam green in person and shows obvious signs of dye. It was a free gift for me and I like the color so I don't mind lol. But it was marked as "emerald quartz," and I have a hard time believing it's either of those things 😂 it looks like mica? It has very reflective flat layered inclusions similar to lepidolite (but wrong color of course). Can anyone tell me what material this actually is?

I saw this at a market and I just couldn't take my eyes off it.

Hi I thrifted these a while ago and thought they were just glass but just looked at them again and I’m thinking maybe not glass anymore. They ring very loud but it won’t let me add the video sadly.

I collect these gemstone trees and just purchased this. The craftsmanship is excellent, but i'm kind of disappointed with stones and had expected a better quality for the amount I paid for it.. Lapis lazuli is my favorite stone, this came all the way from vietnam.So i've been waiting and waiting and waiting.

I see at least some sodalite, and I don't know if these are black stones i'm seeing, I'll have to probably look at it better in the daylight, but i'm kind of annoyed, and I didn't want to wait to vent.

What do you think?

I bought it back in 2020 and it was described as moss agate. However I met someone recently that said it wasn't, and possibly a mix of something. It's peaked my interest so I was hoping someone wiser than I can shed some light? Tia x

Hi guys. I plan to purchase this specimen next week and was wondering if $90 is a reasonable price. It is mislabeled as aquamarine but still is a type of beryl called goshenite which is colorless and transparent. I have limited income and was wondering if I should go and haggle it lower considering the size of it as well. Thank you.

Hi crystal loving friends! I was wondering if anyone knows what the greenish/bluish inclusions are on this piece of white labradorite. I got it a long time ago so I'm not sure where it originated from.

im under the impression it's not but im gonna ask reddit anyway. bought from Etsy and I know it's a big gamble for real or fake crystals. it wasn't specified and I just received it.

and if it's fake, for those who are into spirituality work with crystals, would it still be good for channeling the energy usual amethyst would bring? its my birth stone. that combined with the fact its a witches knot necklace, I was going to use it as a protective ward for myself. think it'll still be good?

Not sure if anyone has posted this on here; I’m sure people have in the past, but I’m looking for any online shops or small businesses who sell authentic crystal bracelets. I’d like to stay under $30 per bracelet but if they are good quality I will definitely invest in spending more. I’m just so tired of spending my money on crystals that are dyed and not authentic!

I purchased these for very cheap, around $20 for all from a small metaphysical store. They don’t feel like glass beads, they are cold to the touch and there doesn’t seem to be any paint peeling / chipping.

I've been really drawn to this delicious geode lately (bracelets beneath are strawberry quartz and rhodonite). Thought I'd share this beauty :)

The first time i purchased moldavite was on etsy. it was little shards and i sort of made them into a shitty bracelet and at the time i was NOT healed and only wanted it to get me out of my parents house. the bracelet broke a few days later and the pieces scattered never to be seen again 😭. I purchased it again, I think in 11th grade and i would just keep it on my bedside table and hold it every once in a while. This one I had speculations that it was fake, but again, i lost it in a matter of weeks. I am an adult now, and i bought it from a trusted metaphysical shop in november of last year. this time, i made sure to meditate with it, set my intentions and cleanse it when i could. it was tiny but i’d carry it with me, put in under my pillow and it gave me bad headaches and weird dreams. That, i’m assuming was me getting used to the energy. weeks later, i accidentally knocked it off my bedside table and i heard it drop. I moved all the furniture and carpet and it was gone. y’all know how expensive moldavite is, i was pissed. Do I do more inner work/ shadow work? should I leave it alone or try a different crystal that’s similar? Or should I just stop 😭 and if i should try one last time, PLEASE give me recommendations of where to get real ones. thanks !
