(X1C) I've been having an extremely bizarre issue where if I import a model into bambu studio, slice it myself, and print it, it will always come out with severe defects. I can print any model from the mobile app OR that I've imported from maker world on desktop with any filament and it will come out perfect with the same filament and printing settings as the defective prints. I can send the exact same models to friends with the same printer and they can slice it and print it perfectly, or send me the sliced model and it will print perfectly. I have tried saving the exact printer profiles from the models from maker world or friends and sliced things myself with the same printer profile and I will experience the same issues consistently. Doesn't matter the filament (have tried with dried bambu matte PLA, overture professional PLA, and esun pla+) or the model itself (tried with a variety, both that I've made myself or downloaded from the internet) or the build plate (have used the textured plate, a smooth PEI plate, and a cryo plate). As long as I slice the model myself in Bambu studio, it will print with severe defects.
The defects will commonly include most but not all of the following list: overextrusion issues but only along one side, supports printed so densely they look fused together (like they are blobs of hot glue), adhesion issues along overhangs, becoming detached from the build plate in completely random spots or halfway through the print, prints that are "wavy" along the outer walls, and spaghetti issues at any point in time.
I have replaced the hotend, recalibrated the machine, run the dynamic flow calibration, checked to make sure both bambu studio and printer firmware is up to date, changed build plates between 3 different build plates, opened the front door, opened the top door, turned the fans on, then turned the fans off, printed at various times of day depending on ambient heat of the room, uninstalled and reinstalled bambu studio, and swapped filaments.
I've included pictures of 2 recent failed prints, one of which is after I replaced the hot end. Before these there are 6+ failed prints of the same model and 6+ failed prints of a previous model. I was able to print 15+ successful prints of random things from the app completely fine inbetween all of this.
How do I fix this and what is causing the issue in case it happens for the future after I've fixed it for this one time?
