Work Worker’s compensation in Europe
I was wondering what kind of processes exist in European countries when you sustain a workplace injury.
In the US, if the company you work for doesn’t comply with a worker’s comp claim, you have to go through an extensive bureaucratic process that makes minor claims hardly worth it if at all most the time.
Health issues from work were the final straw that made me quit my most recent job and I’ve paid somewhere in the region of $400 in a span of two months for work related health problems that my former employers simply “don’t cover”.
