Seems to usually be cleaner than black and any other color. Even feels different under the brush. All my clear records sound amazing.
Is this some secret insider knowledge Big Vinyl is keeping close to the chest?
Or am I experiencing delusion hallucinations?

So I’ve come to the realization that most ppl choose not to look up a record outside of pressing purposes while in a local shop. I just wanted to know what is so wrong with checking the price while in a record store though? If I’m in a local shop and they have a record I want and see it’s $42 then I do a quick google search and see Amazon has the same record same pressing for $18 and I can get it delivered same day or next day, why wouldn’t that be a no brainer for me to just order online?? Or even checking discogs for the price to compare, why is that considered a bad thing? Someone please help me understand. When it’s close in price and only different by a small amount I’ll still buy in the local record store. But in the case of the true instances where they have had it for $42 and Amazon or elsewhere, even a different record store, has it for $18, I’m purchasing online every time. And unless someone can help me logically understand, I won’t feel any shame for it lol I feel like checking prices while record shopping helps make sure these stores and sellers are honest.

Courtesy of Turntable Lab. Beat sounds especially deep and crisp on wax. Can’t wait to spin The Campfire Headphase later.

Local record shop has it and I'm very tempted. Love all the music. Does anyone have it/ know what the sound quality is like? I've heard people bitch about the remasters but some people like them.

"Don't forget me as the colours fade, When the lights go down Its just an empty stage" - Ordinary Man.
Today marks 1 year anniversary of the "Prince Of Darkness" Ozzy Osbourne's passing.
In Birmingham, they have announced "Ozzy Day" to celebrate Ozzy. So, if you're in Birmingham. Have Fun.
If not. Play Ozzy as aloud as you can.
Today, I'll be playing Ozzy records on my record & cd player. All day.

Just got the 2LP clear vinyl for Emergency on Planet Earth by Jamiroquai. I noticed on the second record, the label was bubbly. Decided to pull it off and there was another! Kind of cool, don’t know what to do with it. Just wondering if anyone else has had this with any records they bought

French pressings from Pathé Marconi, which i recently swapped Pathé Marconi vinyl care inners into Sgt Pepper and Abbey Road. All 70s pressings. Red Album is a second pressing. Sgt Pepper is a 1974 pressing, Abbey Road is a 1973 reissue, and Blue Album is a 1973 first french pressing. Red Album, Sgt Pepper and Abbey Road are from my grandparents, their Blue Album was stolen by a trashmate friend. Decided to get one for my birthday, from a good friend this time, who gifted us vintage pressings of Jean Michel Jarre, Pink Floyd, Eagles, etc.... Sgt Pepper has the cutouts btw ! Red Album and Blue Album have their OG inner sleeves.

Finally caved and bought a proper turntable.
Now I need to add more of my collection lol. I've been poking around vinyl.com and a few other sites for late night browsing. If someone was building a vinyl collection from absolute zero, what are the albums you'd hand them and say "trust me, put this one on first"?
I listen to a bit of everything, so genre is wide open. Hit me with your favorite records.

Besides Pink Floyd's TDSOTM, I love listening to "Primitivi Del Futuro" by Italian indie band Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti, it has such a warm sound and a very calm rhythm.

I grabbed this from upstairs out of the secondary listening room. She has affinity for greatest hits albums and compilations where I suppose I am a completist and a greatest hits collection to me mean the entire discography… Lolz 😆
Either way I don’t have enough Björk in my life so this will do this morning. Lots of work to do and this album is mastered so well I can just get immersed.
