It always seemed odd to me that a great pull, one that lands in bounds in the end zone and rolls out (back or side), is subsequently
"punished" by requiring the disc to be brought up to the goal line at a leisurely pace, letting offense setup with no real time constraints.

Wouldn't the game be more exciting with an increase in Callahan opportunities?

O would probably make more catch attempts on pulls or at least make an effort to stop the disc from rolling out to avoid starting on that back line or side line in the end zone.

Feels like O has enough advantages, why not make it rewarding for the premier puller who can land those bladey rollers in the end zone.

I like to watch highlights from various ultimate groups on social media sites. A lot of the time, I see an absolute ripper of a huck and I say to myself “that must have been crazy downwind or something”

And it made me realize, why don’t they just put wind information on the screen during the highlights. If I watched the full game, it probably would be available, but not the highlights. So I thought I’d say it here. If you make highlight reels and have the info, throw some wind info in the corner so people can say “holy heck, that distance against that wind, it crazy!”

I like to bike to the fields to throw, but current backpack can only fit about 5 discs. Would love it if I could get 15-20 in a backpack and since I need a new bag for tournaments anyways, wondering how many discs you could fit in a 45L?

I played college and regionals club level. I love to lay out and don’t really get tired. Solid option for beer-in-hand or dinosaur points.

As I posted about a few weeks ago: WFDF will look to IOC guidelines on allowing teams to participate again. Some teams that I have spoken with have indicated that they will forfeit while others are looking to compete and "win on the field".

Hi there. Are there any fellow frisbee enjoyers who also suffer from bunions? Lately mine have been getting real bad. To the point where after I've played for three or so hours the pain becomes pretty intense. The big toe on one foot points pretty far inward. It ain't pretty nor pleasant. I've tried different kinds of cleats and orthotics but am getting frustrated and bummed because nothing I've done has solved it; at best I simply endure it. At this point I'm debating cutting out a hole in my cleats to relieve the pressure, or even getting them surgically removed, but I'm also wary of that...

1. What cleats do you wear? Right now I wear the Tokays which I love, but even those are starting to feel too tight :(
2. Do you wear custom/semi-custom orthotics in your cleats? If so, which ones?
3. Any other comfortability tips/hacks you've found that work?
4. If you've had surgery to remove yours, what was that experience and recovery like for you? Did you have a screw inserted to prevent them from coming back? Were you able to come to back to playing at full speed? How long until you felt good enough to play? How long until you felt 100%, if ever?

• Canada went 13/13 in offensive holds. (US breaks 0/13)
• For the first time in forever, I felt US was physically overmatched. the Canadian team overall seemed significantly taller (and athletically even).
• The US defense seemed very super-soft. The stats pretty much reveal what happened -- the Canadian O sliced through US defense like butter.
• Considering the US lost to Canada in the pool too, this was not a fluke win.

UK South Regionals (WFDF ruleset). Think we might need couple more angles to make a conclusive decision, but I would lean slightly towards calling a foul there (unfortunately the guy in dark couldn't)

On a more serious note, the guy knocked out cold was treated both on the pitch and in hospital and is on his way back to recovery (I've seen the pic of him being released from the hospital and it was NOT PRETTY, but to my knowledge he's in good spirits, however much that can apply to that situation)

Is anyone 11-18 years old willing to practice frisbee (scrims, drills, games, etc) at the YMCA Century Fields in Eugene Oregon from July 26-August 7th?? Excluding weekends. Me and my friends are trying to keep practices up over the summer and we don’t have enough people to scrimmage.

I really want to watch the women’s match from today of US vs UK but I cannot figure it out. I know Ill have to pay money but can I even watch it if I do get the Event Pass? Or do I need All Access? Or was it just not streamed?

Keep in mind this was a 5th place match so maybe they don’t stream that? I looked at the schedule and it seemed like they only film the semifinals? But it also seemed like they said they streamed every match too. I’m just very confused! Can anyone help?
