got my first tattoo today! i always loved woodcut style tattoos so i was super happy with how this turned out. i’m getting the tattoo itch already, can’t wait for more!

Hi! I'm traveling to Japan soon and Id love to get a tattoo as a memory of my trip. I fell in love with this illustration by @kimoonsilver and was wondering if it's realistically possible to tattoo it?

I'm thinking about getting it on the back of my upper arm. Do you think it would work well, and how do you think it would age over time? I know that pink tends to fade quicker so I would appreciate some advice

3 weeks healed, 4 sessions in so far.

Still haven’t decided on what to do from the hand down.

Originally wanted a viper to seamlessly start where the hand stops, but have since scrapped that idea. Now I’m leaning toward something just covering the start of the hand as if it’s in front of it wrist, but haven’t landed on a design yet.

Subjects include marine iguana, penguin, reef shark, spotted ray, sea turtle, blue-footed booby, giant tortoise.
