Got this done yesterday afternoon. The arm has a few water theme tattoos already and I wanted to get my cats tattooed on me...

3 weeks healed, 4 sessions in so far.

Still haven’t decided on what to do from the hand down.

Originally wanted a viper to seamlessly start where the hand stops, but have since scrapped that idea. Now I’m leaning toward something just covering the start of the hand as if it’s in front of it wrist, but haven’t landed on a design yet.

So I posted my worst tattoo in another sub, thought I’d share what’s probably my favourite tattoo now! Hair is receding slightly so getting ahead of it and tattooing my entire head, this is just the start! (Ignore the neck piece, that was done 14 years ago and will be covered). This piece is also covering an ankh I already had on!

I recently took a road trip with my dad out to Colorado Springs. He has been battling cancer for the last 6 years and we have never taken a trip that's just the two of us. We wanted to do this while we still could so to commemorate the time, I got this a reminder that no matter how old I get, I'll always be his little girl.

Good food, good conversation, good times. I hope we can do it again next year.

I have special little tattoos for my other two cats, but Madeline here doesn't have one. This is one of my favorite photos of her [the TOOF sends me every time], it is so quintessentially Madeline. This is how she shows affection; we aren't roughhousing, and she's not being mean or angry. This is her equivalent of a cat that walks up, headbonks you, then settles into your lap. She's a little cryptid and I love her so much.

I was thinking of doing little hearts where her toe beans and teefers are in this photo.

I'm well aware hand tattoos don't keep long term, but neither do cats.
