Is it completely missable? Or does the scenes in the quest counter also changes after I beat PSO2 Base?

Is this sold on any of the ships or is it something lost when the game became global? I was hoping to save up and buy it so I can transmute my weapons.

I need helping finding a streamer who used was posting content on here around the time PSO2 launched in North America. She posted a hilarious video I'd like to watch again but I have no idea who she is. All I know is she's a black woman who plays PSO2 and is very energetic. Thats it. If anyone knows any black female streamers who was posting PSO2 content around the NA launch I'd appreciate you pointing me their way.

She posted a hilarious video where she's thanking chat and then does this briefly sings something and it's this brain itch I need to scratch by watching the video again.

Any help is appreciated and if this breaks the rules I apologize.

And by Impulse Decisions I mean I spent over 25 million for this outfit, which is the last one currently on my ship.

So I am looking at arks-visiphone and it seems like wearing a divide set (Ronia) is comparable to wearing 3 13 stars from Zig. For example, I have a schvelle back and arms. Even if I were to round it out with a schvelle legs, it seems like a full divide set slightly edges out over Schvelle in everything except a few elemental resists and PP.

Is it even worth if for me to get any of Zig's 13 stars? I know the Klaus set definitely makes up for it and is worth getting. But would something like Ofz line be worth putting together? It seems like it beats out a divide set.
