Fun & some less-common stats:
Waist: 34” -> 28”
Bust: 42H -> 34G
Ring: 7 -> 6
Shoe size: 7W -> 6.5 (Seriously… even my feet lost enough fat to not need wide shoes & go down a half size!)

I’ve been on Semaglutide for about 16 months. I never went up to the highest dose because I’ve responded so well to about 2/3 the full dose, and now I’m taking every 10 days instead of once per week! Perhaps I’ll come off one day, but I’d rather live without food noise, thanks! :)

I’ve maintained at this weight for about 2 months now, so I think this is where I’m going to land for good! I am so happy with my figure & I’m excited to focus on strength and agility now.

Put on this shirt this morning and was like "oh wow it's getting noticeably loose" I've had it for years and there were definitely times I wouldn't have been able to fathom it being loose, I haven't worn it in months because I've treated myself to new athletic wear along my journey but threw it on this morning to do some mucky/manual labor and was so pleasantly surprised! I also hit 40lb down this week! Still so far to go, but I'm so proud of the progress I've made. I don't feel like it necessarily looks like 40lb yet most days, but I feel so great and am just continuing forward and excited to see the progress as I hit new milestones!

Weight loss meds F/40/5’5 [174 > 115 = 59 lbs] (14 months) My 30s were spent hiding in leggings and dresses in L’s/XL’s. I’m committed to my 40s being spent in S’s with a little peek of midriff.

my clothes are looser but outside of that i look at myself and still see all the progress i need to make, not what i’ve achieved so far. it can make it difficult and some days i feel like i’m still at my heaviest. looking at photo comparisons side by side helps so much to see how far i’ve come. really looking forward to seeing what photos i’ll take another year from now! :’)

2 years ago I hit my highest weight of 309.6 in rehab in 2024 and ever since then I wanted to lose weight. I lost weight slowly until I hit 272.3, then my doctor prescribed me zepbound in February of 2026 and I lost even more weight and now im 217.8. I’m in a bit of a plateau right now so I just wanted to look back and see that I’ve actually made some progress. im kinda embarrassed posting this cuz in no way is my journey done at all and i have a long way to go. ive been doing CICO and logging everything i eat in lose it so thats how ive been tracking everything.

Up and down with my weight my whole life. Down 75lbs the past 10 months. Down 105lbs from my lifetime highest. Still a ways to go, but very happy with my progress and do not want to go back to the way things were.

In both these pictures I am on my period and the pic on the right is the before... I have really tried to be more physically active (HITT, Weight Lifting, yardwork) at least 3 times a week. I have not lost or gained any weight but I have noticed that I am not bloated or puffy anymore. Even before my period no significant bloat.

I have been eating the same foods and same quantity so I did not expect to lost alot of weight but I am very annoyed that not even 1lb.

I feel very frustrated because I eat clean, I do not binge eat, I make sure to hit my fiber and protein as best as I can daily.

Some non-scale victories: much stronger, higher energy levels, more mobility and flexibility, no more pain, my period is much lighter and no cramps, reduced cravings for sugary snacks, better skin and better quality sleep. I know all these things are so good but I feel frustrated still.

Not very comfortable with showing my face, but I think one can see my progress anyway. I still got a bit to go to be normal weighted, but it's going great! :)
