I read that Schulz wanted Linus and Lucy to move away so he could introduce more characters and situations. But his friends said no, you shouldn't do that, so he had them move back right away. Does anyone know if that's what happened?

Lucy didn't tell Schroeder she was moving away but only hinted at it. And then when they left, he asked where the truck was going.

Looking at the shorts, I was disappointed that the bats weren't in Schulz' style. (Did they ever appear in the strip?)

Is there a visual dictionary of objects Schulz drew? (Fans might remember his "triples" homework from high school.) He was also adept at drawing everyday objects.

Does Peanuts Worldwide have such an index? Have they indexed every panel, including specific character clothing and expressions for future use?

Today my Snoopy grail arrived. The price of these has flown up recently and I was very lucky to get this one as soon as it was listed at a very good, all be it expensive, price. It's in really great condition, notably the suit is barely yellowed, he still has his blue box and the helmet is intact. Snoopy 1969 astronaut.
