What's the story with DV-8 and JT?

What I thought was a cheap Chinese company copying JT products seems to be actually some sort of collaboration?

Got a mint eggy NOS. Really want to fit it to the prostock, I'm torn, should I use it or would that be historical sacrilege? Im also waiting on a max-flo micro, and I need to track down a Carlton 68cu carbonfiber tank.

Question about O-Rings

Okay so I own an Empire Sniper, and one of the O-Rings on the body of my valve went bad, so I decided to order an entire new spare O-Ring kit for the gun, which is on its way now. However in the meantime, so that I can still use it this weekend when I go to play, I went and picked up the size o-ring I needed and threw it on there. Put the valve back in, put the gun back together, and it seemingly works fine. Can’t sweetspot it or test it out over a chrono until I go play, but it airs up fine and the marker is cycling fine.

My question is: the manual for the gun recommends using a 90 durometer o-ring around the valve body, however the ones they sell at local hardware stores and the like are all 70 durometer o-rings, and I just wanna make sure the o-ring will actually be okay for at least a days worth of play?

The internet — from what I’ve looked up — seems to think it would be fine, due to the marker only operating at a pressure of 225-250psi, as apparently 70 durometer o-rings can handle up to 1500psi, but I’d just like to make sure. And also even if I can’t, I feel like the worst that could happen is I just blow the o-ring again right? 🤔 I know this is all probably a stupid question and just me overthinking but still, any help would be appreciated lol 😂

Had a blast playing twice this summer and wanna get a starter kit/marker. Is this a good deal for $350? If not, what are some good starters?

Does anyone know what's going on with Great American Paintball magazine?

I've reached out multiple times to ask the status of Issue #4 (the fall 2025 issue) with zero response.

Does anyone know if they're still making magazines or if they've gone out of business?

I’ve played rentals before, and would like to join the sport. I have no budget, just looking for something reliable, easy to work on, and with a wide variety of upgrades/ aftermarket. I’ve heard good things about the Etha 3M and GTEK 180R.
