I thought they confirmed we got 2 of each special weapon in a 20 man boyz unit?? We are in a half way data sheet between codex and old boyz haha

New to 40k/Warhammer and split the Armageddon box with my friend, my Boyz are mostly painted and based on what I've seen I need a couple of trukks, I know they announced a new trukk but I can't seem to get an old trukk anywhere? Am I just stuck in limbo until they put it up for pre order/sale?

I’ve been using cults3d a little bit, but I haven’t quite found a site that’s been spot on. Im looking for units and some conversion bits to add to my Armageddon box. I’m aiming to get the level of character that the kommandoz have. My boyz really need some drip. Kromlech has some really cool bits for kitbashing that are right up my alley, but paying that much for only 10 heads/bits is a little sad considering I could almost add another 10 boyz or something cool for the same price. I want the flashiest and best looking boyz I can make, especially with the flash boss coming out soon, so if you have any suggestions please lmk.

Hi boyz, I need a help for my ghaz, because in a match my opponent used precision on ghaz and my boyz, so he attacks Ghaz, but when I have to save, can allocate the wounds at makari and use his 2+ save or makari and Ghaz are in two different allocation groupes?

I most worry for Flash Gitz. I hope GE will not make them 5 -boy strong unit.

Like the title says, I was able to trade some old space marine models for two of the Armageddon boxes of Orks. I have never played Orks before but they seem to be more fun to paint than my thousand sons. What should I buy from here and what detachments should I run? I was looking at Freebootas and More Dakka. What models would be good for me to grab from here?

For those that missed it in today's faction pack, this little line in the Boyz section changes quite a bit:

This means that:

• The ability to add two Leaders if 20 Boyz are in the unit is gone. (A Leader plus a Support is still okay.)
• The unit now behaves normally and does not split into separate units when the bodyguard dies.

When my sister left for Sweden, I only asked her to keep an eye out for Ghazghkull Thraka and Commissar Yarrick.

Instead, she spent part of her vacation visiting different hobby stores, checking stock, comparing prices, and helping me put together my very first Ork army. It honestly became a fun project for both of us.

This is what we ended up with:

- Ghazghkull Thraka

- Wazdakka Gutsmek

- Big Mek

- Meganobz

- Mek Gun

- 2x Runtherd & Gretchin

- Ork Armageddon Battalion

She also surprised me with the brand-new Ciaphas Cain miniature, which I wasn't expecting at all!

I'm incredibly grateful for everything she did, and now I'm excited to start building, painting, and finally playing Orks for the first time.

I'd also love to hear what you think about the collection we put together.

Is this a good foundation for a first Ork army?

What would you add next to grow it toward a solid 2,000-point list?

Is there anything you think we should have prioritized differently?

I'd really appreciate any advice from more experienced Warbosses before I start expanding the army.

Hello, as a beer hammer player who doesn't super sweat my lists, im rlly sad at the leader changes affecting how to get ghaz into combat.

I get that at green tide was broken due to oversight, but the changes now has permanently taken away some really fun and flavourful combos, and im wondering how to solve this now... is it just put ghaz in wagon? Which is expensive + cant even put him with 20 boyz. Do we gotta just foot slog and deal with it?

Ghaz with weirdboy jumping, and/or ghaz + big mek with follow me lads + ere we go stratagem was so fun to use and iconic for otks now its gone forever 🥲 and im so sad

Or tiktok or whatever? I follow a bunch of great painters on various social media platforms. It's awesome seeing what they can achieve but I'm not as interested in seeing them paint random bits or AoS stuff or am eldar vehicle I'd love to get a few recommendations for any artists that focus on painting Orks?

My best friend was expecting his pre-order or Badrukk and some ammo grotz today and after delivery some fucker stole them. Stole them right off the door mat. They were made to order so no luck rebuying. I reached out to Warhammer but I'm not holding my breath. Anyway, I just needed to vent my anger, the thief probabally has no idea what they got and tossed it.

Does the nob really get both 4 weapon profiles or am I misreading the app for them? (It’s worded as replace big choppa with big choppa, kombi rocket, and kombi shoota) and that just feels weirdly written.

I know we are still out from codex and it might change stuff but I’m trying to get sorted for a game this weekend so I’m making sure the data sheets are set before I go about making them

Is there anyone else that noticed that the Combat Patrol Boyz in the app only have 1 attack on their Choppa, while the new video in the Academy shows they have 3 attacks?

Last week I played the Ork Combat Patrol and wondered why I got completely smashed.

Hey folks! I was just gifted a few WWII minigame trucks and tanks, and I'm thinking of kitbashing them to be Ork units - maybe Trukks, Batttlewagons, etc?

Is the consensus that those will be worse options in 11th than they were in 10th? Not chasing meta but not trying to get tabled either.

With the new data slate can i no longer pair ghaz and a big mek because hes not a support?

Simple but seemingly difficult to confirm, because I dont have the codex code to check the updated app (I dont support expensive printed rules in a game that is primarily updated online).

So the question with most everything losing -1 to hit with the dataslate did the wartrakk lose it as well, because the faction pack doesn't appear to have a change.

Why can’t we have nice things?

After today's balance, apart from the change in points, what hurt the most was the change of Green Tide from 2dp to 3dp

( You know - the orNow I wonder what kind of detachment is s were too good, so you have to spoil them quickly)

My question - looking at the fact that both detachments cost 3dp - did you choose WH or GT?

Or do you have other ideas?

With 11th here (and me being late to the party) how should I start my Ork army. I currently have some MEGANOBZ with the Mekboy and the Armageddon box. Do you guys have any tips for say other units I should get or detachments I should use?
