OnePlus Buds have a tiny screen behind the rubber nub. Ear wax gets in it. Mine was sounding bad. Used isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush. Went from bad to can't hear shit. Tried with tape to clear it, failed. Tried again with a super soft tooth brush which could get into the tiny holes and it's night and day difference. You might not even notice how blocked they are.

I have a OnePlus 9 Pro with the original factory screen (it has never been replaced). After updating the phone, the fingerprint sensor stopped working.

I ran the diagnostics, and it says the fingerprint module needs calibration. From what I've read, this requires the OnePlus fingerprint calibration tool.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Were you able to fix it?

Is there a way to recalibrate the fingerprint sensor without replacing the screen?

Where can I get the official calibration tool or have the calibration done?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have the OnePlus 15 China version and am considering switching to the global ROM. Since there are no local stores available to assist with the process in my area, I plan to do it myself. I have already backed up all data, including photos and WhatsApp, and am ready to proceed.My reasons for switching are as follows: First, I cannot access any AI features on the Chinese ROM. Second, the camera processing on ColorOS China ROM is poor—it over-whitens everything, especially when detecting faces, and the overall optimization is subpar as it is tailored specifically for Chinese users (this is my main motivation). Third, some apps like WhatsApp and Gmail fail to send notifications despite being set to auto-launch. Fourth, accessibility features reset every time the device restarts, which is highly frustrating.I am aware that Netflix may be limited to 480p, but I do not use it anyway. I also know there is no eSIM support, which I do not need. I will ensure OTA updates are available after the switch.Are there any other considerations I should keep in mind? Additionally, is the switch worth it?

Hello people, i wanted suggestion about how do i remove the air bubble at the bottom of the phone? i got this glass installed from a local shop for 100rs and he had said that the bubble would go away after the phone warms up during charging after sometime. However it didn't go away. Any suggestions on how to remove it? The only thing is the guy said that he has the same type of tempered glass with him right now.

I have the original supervooc charger. I've charged my phone once with it, and once with the Anker. I think Anker reached the 55W output, since my phone went from 33% to 90% in about 30 minutes.

I noticed that the Anker didn't even leave the phone warm, while the supervooc did. 55 watts is perfectly fine to me, especially if it helps the longevity of the battery.

I have to wait a day or two for the battery to drain to test it again... I guess it's a good problem to have.

I have sent in my pair of buds pro 3 due to white noise or hissing issues when audio is playing. Unfortunately I just received my completely brand new replacements, and it's still the same issue....leading me to believe this is just how the buds are.

This is with ANC off, and completely stock earbud settings. When audio plays thought the earbuds, it has this faint white noise or hissing to it. As soon as the audio stops, it is silent. It is most obvious while listening to someone talking in a YouTube video, as the audio is in and out, or softer music. Example: "Opening 1" by Florian Weber. EVERY piano note is accompanied by a burst of white noise that disappears until the next piano note.

I have gone through all the settings on the earbuds, including developer settings for Bluetooth such as bits per sample or sample rate. Nothing helps. Is this seriously just how these earbuds are...?

They sound so amazing, I have been rediscovering lots of songs and even movie scores, they sound THAT good. But anything that has choppy audio like slow piano or voices is just filled with hiss hiss hiss :(

Why can I never position the Icons and the Widget right in the middle of the screen like the first screenshot which is a screenshot of the home screen preview page. I know this is an extremely niche quirk of mine but this is just putting me off big time as the distance between the icons and widget in the second and third pictures are horrendous and don't look aesthetically pleasing at all 😬. The first picture however, is perfect.

I bought a OnePlus flashed with the 2747 global ROM. The OnePlus 15 is whitelisted on AT&T under the OnePlus 14 title (yes, they're stupid). AT&T phone tech support, a third party AT&T store and a corporate AT&T store have all insisted that my phone is not compatible with AT&T (even though I've got Wi-Fi calling on the phone) and they can't give me a SIM card. I'm waiting for yet another tech support number to call me back, but can anyone help me solve this problem? Do I need to flash my ROM again? Or do I have a $1,000 WiFi calling enabled tablet?

I'm gonna miss this thing. I have an iPhone 11 ready to switch to (have to use LCD screen because OLED give migraine) but I'm gonna keep this thing for offline purposes/media playing and light gaming.

If I keep banking and crypto apps off the phone is it okay to use it occasionally connected to wifi, after security updates stop ? I'm of course looking into lineage os

I want to know and confirm if the cooler will work with a non magnetic TPU case that was made available with the Phone.

Since the phone is not magnetic , also the case is non magnetic but the cooler is magnetic.

Can I stilll use it with a regular thick TPU case with the clips that are sold with the cooler

Or do i MUST purchase the magnetic sandstone case or the hole pattern magnetic case.

Since the TPU case is dust resistant,I love it and feels secure. But I really want my phone to be cool when I game.

I can now confirm that the 401 update from prerelease has resolved it again, at least on my OnePlus 13.

Gesture navigation is still broken to my dismay.

Every time a new phone launches, it feels like we're getting the same design again and again. A punch-hole in the middle, a punch-hole in the corner, or sometimes a notch. That's it.

Then I remember my favorite phone, the OnePlus 7 Pro.

That phone felt years ahead of its time. A true edge-to-edge display with no notch, no punch-hole, no distractions. Watching movies, gaming, and even everyday scrolling felt so much more immersive. The pop-up camera wasn't just a gimmick, it made the phone feel futuristic.

I understand why companies moved away from it. Water resistance, durability, cost, and thinner designs all played a role. But I still feel like we lost something special.

Now almost every smartphone looks identical from the front. The excitement and uniqueness are gone.

If a brand released a modern flagship with:

- A reliable pop-up selfie camera

- Latest Snapdragon flagship processor

- Excellent cameras

- Big battery with fast charging

- IP rating

I'd buy it without thinking twice.

Am I just being nostalgic, or are there still people who'd choose a pop-up camera over a punch-hole display today?

Soo I have my 2018 one plus 6 as my secondary phone and for past 2-3 day I kept it switch off in my bag because after that today I switched on it and it was already fully charged, so I started using it and after 3 to 4 minutes my phone automatically got shutdown and I tried to start it , it showed "QUALCOMM CRASH DUMP MODE" so I saw a youtube video and tried to hard reset it with power button and volume up button but from them it's not booting on and I tried soo many different ways

Would if any help me with this and I got really important doc and file and photo in it so, i really don't want to loss my data

Around a month ago I dropped my phone on the pavement and the screen broke. It didn't have any screen protector on, because the last one broke and I kept forgetting to get a new one:')

I could live with it, but it's getting worse over time. Sometimes I can't even see the screen. :(

I have a OnePlus 10 Pro 5G (256GB 12GB RAM Dual)

I bought it back in 2023 and it was € 710. Now the same model costs € 1275 in the same store.

I tried to ask for repair at multiple places but apparently they don't do OnePlus phones where I live (Hungary). [I'm also partially based in Austria because of my job.]

I contacted OnePlus customer service, to find out what to expect in costs, and repairing the screen would be at least € 483.

For that amount I could get a decent phone, so I feel like I should try to sell my old one, and get a new one for a bit more money.

Any advice?

I have several important notes in my OnePlus notes app. I just want to know If I switch to a realme phone and login using the same mail-id, will the cloud notes get synced as both oneplus and realme uses same cloud service (HeyTap).
