Hey r/StCatharines (and anyone in the Niagara area),

I’m Jaylyn and I’m restarting my baking business after a little break — giving it a nice revamp! I’m looking for a commercial kitchen I can rent in St. Catharines on a flexible basis (hourly or daily to start).

Ideally, I’d love to find a spot where I can build a longer-term relationship and rent regularly as the business grows.

I’m especially hoping for a kitchen that has:

• Commercial-grade stand mixers
• Good ovens
• Plenty of counter space

If you own or know of any restaurants, bakeries, catering companies, or shared/commercial kitchens that offer rental time, I’d really appreciate hearing from you!
