My partner and I both caught a virus a week ago. Main symptoms were stomach cramping (but no other GI issues), headache, body aches, and terrible dizziness—VERTIGO. The cramping has stopped, but the rest continues, and the dizziness is driving us crazy. Every time we stand up and try to walk, the room spins.

It’s definitely a virus because a friend (who was staying with us) caught it, but he hasn’t had the vertigo part.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I know post-viral vestibular neuritis can happen, but to happen to both of us??

Hey all, I’m planning my 40th birthday trip to visit your beautiful state and I’m so excited! My partner and I will be there for nine days, however, my mom and stepfather are joining us and will only have 4 nights (M-F). My plan as of now is to do a night in Albuquerque and two nights in Santa Fe, 4th night TBD. Their flight leaves on a Friday afternoon (ABQ). I’m stuck on whether to add an overnight in Taos or just do a day trip. This will be a first time visit to NM for all of us. What do you guys think?

Dr. Padfield has been a privacy advocate for years and runs a youtube channel with extensive discussions of how to minimize being tracked. His latest video is an interview with someone who hacked a Flock camera. The video prior was a video on how to fool facial recognition. I tried tent camping there, but found the sites to be inadequate for tent camping. Small, rocky, and generally no place for a tent. Did I miss something?
