What happens if you sign the lease then a few months later, get a new job that’s WFH or your current job goes to WFH or what if you have a job that’s only WFH 2-3 days a week?!?
What if someone is disabled or retired?? What if it’s a married couple with a kid, where the husband goes to an office but the wife is stay-at-home???
And a “move in fee”?!? Is the landlord going to help you move in boxes and furniture or hire ppl to help you?!?
Dude, this landlord needs to be reported to the state IMMEDIATELY.
