Employment yes, but not all job titles list "REMOTE WORKER" in them. And I don't know that someone can ask for specifics from your employer about your work schedule or location? Maybe they can but that seems...weird.

I just bought a house and the underwriter needed a written letter that I worked from home. Not sure why but I’m not that worried about it. Although I will probably ask since the mortgage broker is a friend of ours.

Anyone can ask your employer anything, and it's up to your employer how/if they want to respond.
