guys honestly one of my favourite 'cheapskate' meals i know is one of my favourite things to eat. Pasta with tomato soup. Sounds a bit odd, but is delicious. Add some cheese on and in it, and oh my god if you can add some bacon and maybe peas or something?
I had the meal a bit as a kid and it stuck with me so I still regularly make it just eith cheese. Like you could go into your nearby corner shop and get the stuff for cheap, or like a tesco eyc. (sorry jf theres a lot of Americans on here etc). And it shouldn't cost too much, and if you have family and you might be struggling a bit, honestly such an easy meal - dont go against it till you try it.

A mix of mashed and whole beans, peppers, red onions, and shredded chicken with shredded cheese in a toasted soft tortilla wrap. Seasoned with oregano, cumin, home-made gochugaru, black pepper, minced garlic, crushed dried jalapeno. Kimchi hot sauce on top.
