WTAF, this guy has balls. How many innocent civilians in Ukraine have died in their beds sleeping when hypersonic missiles hit their apartment building? Their point is that it's funny how a Russian is complaining about minor civilian casualties after all the intentional Ukrainian civilian targeting by Russian strikes.
