Instagram's blocks are starting to annoy me. What and how do I reach someone from there?

They blocked dozens of accounts from different email addresses.

Some because I'm not willing to give them my ID

Some because I'm using another account after my account "violated the law"

And all sorts of other strange reasons.

I use the same computer but I try to change my IP and delete cookies before making a new account and they keep blocking them.

My friends broadcast there and because of these disgusting people who I hope every dollar goes to for medicine, they won't let me join their broadcasts!

I need a real solution to this problem.

Someone hacked my brother in law's account, wiped his entire media (no photos, reels, followers, everything) and his username is changed too. Now someone else's name was showing up— Turkannn Kocca and someone else. Is Instagram database run totally by AI that even whilst sending the security email that "your account is disabled and will be permanently deleted BY someone from the team after verifying", is sent to the same email ID but different names? Why on Earth would he (my brother in law) change his username within an hour or two and for what reason? He made his account way back in 2015-2016, almost a decade ago and there's nothing helpful anywhere. Tried everything the instagram help desk or whatever it's called told us to do. It had pictures of him and his wife, and his family there. What can be done now? The reason for disabling is something along the lines of "adult solicitation" and stuff. Why would he do that when mere hours before he got his account disabled, he was watching reels and texting with his friends. The phone number and the email address is his but the username wasn't. Despite trying to appeal and everything, the decision is "final" and crap.
