Food Pics I'm a vegetarian... kinda
In-N-Out is one of the only chains I will eat at. I get a grilled cheese with no tomato (so with lettuce, onion, pickles, spread) and then if Im going back home I cook up a boca burger patty and slap that on there. Its soooo yummy! 🍔🥤

Lost In n Out Sticker
I went to the new In n Out location on the Las Vegas strip, and it super nice. When I was there an employee handed out some In n Out stickers (picture above) of that design. I unfortunately lost it. I live on the east coast so I physically cannot get to a location unless I fly. Is it possible for someone from In n Out to send one out 🥲🥲🥲.

“I heard it’s on the menu now”
For past/current employees, what are some of the funniest items customers requested or asked about?
Here’s my list - monkey style (adding chilis to fries) - roadkill style (not sure about this one) - “I heard you guys have bacon!” - “did you guys still have chili?”

Question Level 4 Tips (Fries)
I’m currently a level 3 and really needing my level 4 I’ve gotten some training but I need tips on how to not get overwhelmed and how you guys mastered fries. Like how do you reach flow state and stay efficient also what are the times for all the fries? Like light wells, wells, and extra wells?

Question Craziest reasons why you’ve seen Associates get fired
I got two, one overall and one at my Store
First, this Associate at a Store in my division who everybody liked who was known among the Managers for being a jokester was telling his fellow Associates on his ten how he was outside on handheld and a first-timer customer asked him what his favorite shake was. He responded, “Michael Jackson style. Start with chocolate then add a little vanilla.”
The customer thought it was hilarious, as did everybody else, except for this one Associate who was bent on going into Management and would resort to anything she could to become the DM’s teacher’s pet. She overheard the conversation, then when she got off, she posed as the customer and called Customer Service telling them how offended she was and how her first visit to any In N Out ever was ruined. Long story short, he got called into the office at the start of his next shift two days later, and he was never seen again. This was around three years ago. From what I’ve heard, she went into Management shortly afterward and recently became a Second.
Personally at my Store, around two years ago when our DM came in, our Store class clown loudly hummed the Star Wars Empire theme song as he walked into the Stand. He told my Store Man in these exact words, “He MUST be gone by the end of the week.” I still follow him on Insta and he took getting fired pretty hard, his last post was around then and it was a baby picture of himself sitting in a swing at the park saying how he wished things were simple again and how he needed to “reflect.” I hope everything’s okay, I think about him a lot. He was a cool and smart dude. Life can be so unfair, it’s horrible

Food Pics 3x3 hits every time
Been running with 3x3, whole grilled, add chillies, extra lettuce.
Tried fries with only grilled onion then added a spread packet after, same exact thing as animal style without the cheese and extra cost. Thanks to ya'll on this subreddit for the recommendation!
Ketchup with added pepper packet was something my friend showed me and have been doing it ever since.
