Gif This is not that kind of tadpole you want to meet

We made a giant tadpole in our game Vaska. It has a whole set of animations: idle, walk, run, scream, and devour. Personally, I wouldn't want to meet it in a swamp. But it fits right into our game.

It’s one of the creatures cat Vaska runs into in the forest while trying to find its way home. The cat is just trying to get back. This guy is not helping.

Still tweaking the animations (especially the devour state). Honestly, I think it turned out pretty well for a swamp monster.

Been working on this for quite a while, and it's finally ready to play! It's a free to play online racing/delivery game that's playable directly in your browser. No downloads or launchers or anything. You don't even have to make an account if you don't want to. Took a ton of inspiration from Crazy Taxi and Mario Kart. Feel free to try it out https://mopedmayhem.io/play

Video I am Making a Precision Arcade Snowboarding Sandbox

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I just wanted to share a really awesome project I am working on to see if it can start to find its community! Inspired by the precise mechanics of retro games, rather than implementing heavy physics solvers and high cinematic shaders, my goal is to strip snowboarding down to its most minimally necessary computation to have near frame-perfect input latency on absolutely minimal hardware for fingerboard-esque skill progression and satisfaction.
That said, the physics engine is still putting in work. A good deal of very carefully chosen math lets it skip most of the heft of traditional physics solvers. What you see could run at least 60 FPS on almost anything, even hardware from 10 years ago, and is responsive enough that you might gain a new passion for input latency. There are also tons of terrain parameters to enable most kinds of realistic snowboarding (unfortunately the 1000ft 1080 triple backflip kind of snowboarding will not be available)

For all those interested in an extremely precisely engineered rectangle.

Promotion I added Team Generals to my multiplayer Napoleonic tactical action browser game, allowing players to control their team's bots using a Total War style RTS camera

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This is a multiplayer/singleplayer tactical action game where players are company commanders on-foot controlling a single unit of infantry, cavalry, or artillery (similar to Mount and Blade), with full-scale division v division battles. Shown in this clip is 40 units per team, 3x unit scale, 10,000 bots per team.

At the start of the round, there's a minute long "General Election" phase where players can apply to be the team's general. Whoever is voted in gets to control the team's bots using a Total War style RTS camera! They cannot control player-owned bots, however, only vacant bots. Players can mutiny the general (functions sort of like a votekick, which returns the general back to the battlefield), which triggers a new election. If no players volunteer, the rudimentary bot army controller resumes army control.

It's multiplayer and runs in the browser, and is free. Play it at www.1815online.com, join the discord to follow development at https://discord.gg/Rb9GNp8WB .

Promotion I made an idle auto-battler where the archers cover the whole field in arrows

It is an auto-battler where the only control is a Rally button. You tap it, militia pour out of the gate, and the camps keep churning out more while they fight, so the count runs from a handful into the billions.
Once the archers and mages stack up, the projectiles cover most of the middle of the screen and the goblin waves come apart under them.
There are three hand-built maps with a champion gating each one, a goblin king at the end, and prestige that lets you free a map and restart stronger.

This is a proof of concept and I am about to iterate on every system, so what I want to know is which part held you longest and where you got bored.

News If you enjoyed The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante, you can now return to the same universe - but this time as someone whose decisions can determine the fate of the entire Empire.

The new game from the creators of The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante once again takes players to the Arknian Empire, but the story unfolds from a completely different perspective. You are the heir to the throne, tasked with preventing the country from falling apart while dealing with noble intrigues, conflicts within the Church, and growing unrest among the people.

If you enjoy games where choices have real long-term consequences and there are rarely any truly “right” decisions, now you can see how this formula works on the scale of an entire Empire.

Promotion 3 of us built a gas station tycoon just to demo our dev tool. One tweet later, ~1,300 people were playing in 48 hours. It’s free in your browser.

Hey all,
We’re a team of three. We built a small gas station tycoon where you’re not the manager clicking upgrades. You’re the person at the pump: pick the right nozzle, hold to fill, clean the windshield, and run to the next honking car before they lose patience. Then you slowly grow the place: more pumps, a market, EV chargers, solar, and eventually a nuclear reactor that wipes your save if you neglect it.
We posted one clip and did not expect it. Within 48 hours around 1,300 people were playing.
It’s live and free in your browser, no install: petrol.benerits.com
Come try it and tell us what you think. Honest feedback welcome, tear it apart.

Video Working on a courtroom sim where you are the detective, the forensic scientist, the judge, and the executioner

Some would say this gives players a concerning amount of freedom to abuse the law.

I like to think it's just the right amount of freedom to make the court proceedings fun!

However, this also means more freedom for all involved, including the defendants, than would be imaginable in any real courtroom... so don't feel to bad about randomly pulling a piece on someone.

Promotion I just launched the Steam page for Riftmoor — a Colony Sim + Dungeon Crawler

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi everyone,

This is my game Riftmoor, and it’s been in development since the end of 2025. I’m a huge fan of Oxygen Not Included and Norland, so I set out to make my own colony sim while adding something more to it.

Inspired by the dungeon system from the anime Solo Leveling, portals periodically spawn in your world and you must send armies to clear the dungeons. In addition, there is a portal at the center of your town that you can dive into for different challenges and rewards.

The goal is to release my game by December of this year!

Thank you!
