Hey guys, I want to buy one of HF toolbox with the wooden top. Any input on when/if they ever get discounted or go on sale?
Thanks in advance!

Not happy with the face shield I purchased during free bucket weekend. It was the only thing I purchased. Do you have to give the bucket back if you return the item?
EDIT: keep the funny comments rolling... lol

I'm fairly new to the subreddit and ITC, but was eager to jump on the meme tool after reading about it here. Also been putting in work on our garden beds and landscaping this summer so I figured I'd pick up a few fun lighting pieces for the kids to help place!

Probably a dumb question and I apologize in advance but will the 25% off we miss you coupon stack with the 10 days of deal like it stacks with the instant savings because it’s a price change?

I've wanted this for so long due to this community and finally got it. It's usually either not in stock or not on sale. Couldn't pass up this deal! There were only 2 left right after the doors opened so I finally got lucky! 😁

Treated myself today
However noticed that Harbor Freight made the Mini Toolbox cheaper.
- There’s no edge on opening
- The Lid doesn’t go all the back anymore
- The drawers don’t extend all the way which is the worst part

I'm in texas and I purchased a harbor freight trailer a couple of weeks ago. Today I went to the county tax office and showed them my certificate of origin that came with the trailer along with my receipt and my filled-up application for a title. They told me that they could only get me a plate as a non-titled vehicle because the first title needs to come from harbor freight. They literally said "they are a dealer, they should have given you a title". They also said harbor freight should not have collected tax from me (they collected sales tax in the purchase) because they are the ones supposed to collect tax when I transfer the title in my name.
Has anyone had recent experience with this and how to handle it? I suspect I'm not going to get much attention from HF on fixing this for me.

Fan of John Malecki's Unscrewed YouTube channel and listen to their podcast.
A few weeks ago they were ranking Tool Brand Fan base and according to ChatGPT, we're a bunch of "Gambers." Thought this was hilarious and thought I would share it with you guys and ask what you guys think our actual "Fan base" really is?

Howdy all! Any insights on the Avanti 821?
Need to do interior on 1 house and exterior on 4 other buildings. Figure it would be worth the investment? I like what I am seeing vs the Graco x7.
Also any coupon advice very helpful 🤠 thanks all!

I’ve got the above mentioned winch on my rig. I removed the handle to grind down a bit to fit in my bumper and now it does not engage between freespool and pull. The handle seats in fully, it only turns the 180* between freespool and engage but it doesn’t actually engage anything. I can use the remote to extend but that’s it. Anyone have similar issue?

Yesterday someone mentioned bringing in their own ‘measurer’ to IKEA. It reminded me of my own HF ‘Tool Bench’ literal tape measurer that I keep in my pickup to use at lumberyards. Having my HF tape measurer ensures that the lumberyard staff never will accuse me of shoplifting a tape measure to check lumber.
Not sure how long I’ve had it but it’s certainly my most used tool from HF. Coolio!

I keep getting them, my dumb luck is yours for the taking.
What's your best coworker insult?
Personal fave: "Are you chewing bubblegum?"
Congrats to rynstone. At this rate I'm sure I'll get another one next month so stay tuned

Just as the title asks. Take it all apart and bring it back and get another one or will they open one to give me the parts bag

I completely messed up and removed the pressure relief valve on my new Central Machinery 20-ton bottle jack and now it's leaking. I can't find a parts breakdown for this specific model, but I found one for the Pittsburgh equivalent currently on the site.
Can anyone confirm if these two jacks use the same internal layout? Specifically, I need to know if part #9 (the ball bearing) is included in the Central Machinery model. I' Thanks for any help!

Left my wallet in my wife's boyfriend's truck but had his emergency cash in mine. This thing is tiny but for $26.55 after taxes, figured it might be useful someday.

I’m purchasing a 56in roll cab but I’m stuck between these two colors. I’ve been a big purple fan in general but was little disappointed when I saw it in person as I was expecting the same shade from the purple jack. Not sure if it was because of the lighting and dirtiness but the blue really popped out to me and looked less prone to fingerprints and stains. What do you guys think?
