There was a song me and my mom used to listen to back in the late 2000s/2010s. We thought it was the song Pump by Play Paul but now we can't find it anywhere. The song has a vocal sample at the start before the beat drops. To the best of my memory it goes like "and when I move my feet, I just get into the groove and feel no heat. And when I'm on this fucking dance floor, I only want some more of this groove this bass thing and I can't cant hold myself back when the DJ is pumping up the volume like that". The guy in the vocal sample sounds American and drunk. Like an older drunk guy.

Bought my ticket for one of these events, but wondering if it's truly a full event of French-House, or is it 1 hour of French-house and the rest of the event Top40 dance tracks?

Need help on finding this track, it was mostly a sample (or a mix) of Fleetwood Mac - Tell Me Lies, but mixed in a upbeat dance house style. Searching for 'tell me lies house remix' brings up nothing. I remember listening to that in a auto recommended YouTube track playlist a year ago.

I might be wrong, but it could be one of those waxes some DJs do with only a few house tracks, I guess the video had a spinning vinyl PNG on it.

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to find this music video for years. At this point it almost feels like lost media.

Here's everything I remember:

• It was an instrumental electronic/French electro track (no vocals).
• Probably released somewhere between 1999 and 2010.
• It was NOT Mr. Oizo's Flat Beat and NOT one of the Levi's Flat Eric commercials.
• The video tells a melancholic love story.
• A silver or white Mercedes plays an important role.
• At one point Flat Eric is sitting inside the Mercedes.
• There is some kind of chase during the video (either Flat Eric is chasing someone or being chased).
• The ending is the clearest memory I have: Flat Eric and a blond man wearing distinctive white sunglasses silently look at each other.
• I vaguely remember the blond man looking similar to someone from the French electro scene (maybe someone like Busy P), but I'm not sure.

The reason this has been so difficult to find is that I don't think Flat Eric was officially part of the video.

I suspect he only appeared as a hidden cameo or Easter egg, possibly as an inside joke between artists from the French Touch / Ed Banger scene. Because of that, the appearance may never have been officially documented.

I've already checked and ruled out:

• Mr. Oizo – Flat Beat
• Mr. Oizo – M-Seq
• Mr. Oizo – Viandes Légumes Véhicules
• Levi's Flat Eric commercials

At this point I honestly think it may have been:

• an unofficial cameo,
• a label promo,
• a hidden Easter egg,
• or a music video directed by someone close to the French Touch / Ed Banger collective.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Even the smallest clue—a director's name, the artist, another scene, or a similar video—could help solve a mystery I've been trying to crack for years.
