july 15: EA releases Title Update 1.6.4. clubs matchmaking immediately breaks for thousands of players. can't find matches, instant connection errors, squads completely locked out of league games

july 15 to July 22: EA's response is essentially silence. one post on X saying "some players" are experiencing issues. no ETA, no workaround, no communication. the post got 1.8 million views and the replies were absolutely rinsing them

july 22: EA finally releases 1.6.5 as an emergency fix and tweets a one line apology saying sorry for the frustration

eight days. eight days of not being able to play the mode with your squad because they pushed a broken update and then went quiet

and the thing that makes it genuinely infuriating is the contrast. when Ultimate Team has a token issue or a pack glitch, there's an emergency patch within hours. every single time. because Ultimate Team makes them money and Clubs doesn't

1.8 million views on that X post and still took a week. if that engagement was on a FUT announcement they'd have had a fix live by morning

My friends and I attempted to play a league match multiple times earlier to no success so I restarted the game. Now can’t even get into clubs.

I did receive my “EXP compensation”, but now I can’t get in at all.

Anyone find a fix for this yet? Thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling atp.

At this point I can’t even be surprised by the mediocrity of this company and how the seize every opportunity to make this game worse. Clubs servers are down after the update fixing clubs league servers. Like how can multibillion dollar company with vast resources cannot have STABLE SERVERS, the BARE MINIMUM for a MULTIPLAYER GAME. All within one year and the final cycle of the game! Which amazes me that they can’t understand that such issues represent a valid reason to not buy FC27. And surely they won’t fix this or address it until a week has passed, because it’s not a “coins glitch” or “+ pack rng” for UT.

I'm trying to play pro clubs with my friends and it keeps saying failed to connect with opponent. We've tried restarting our games, changing captain, waiting but it still says the same thing. I wanted to know if this is a reoccurring issue for some or is pro clubs just down for all.

Does any know how to be able to play 4 players on the same Xbox and a friend on PS5? My family and I wanted to play a 3v2 using both consoles since local Xbox play only allows 4 but I couldn’t find a way to play a normal match where we could include the 5th player from PS5. I tried the online friendly but it only lets us add one guest, and if we add a third console we cannot add it into online friendly. Quick match says it could be played online or offline but I could never find a way to play a quick match online, and clubs only allows you to invite players on different consoles and no local players. You know how rocket league lets you do that? Well this game is a piece of work like anything EA makes. Garbage. So if anyone of you knows a way I would appreciate it. Thanks!
