Discussion Are there any good documentaries or videos to watch on democratic socialism or even social democracy, similar to Milton Friedmans 'free to choose' series but left wing of course?
The reason i mentioned milton friedman is because i was a libertarian for like 10 years, and i loved watching all those videos about libertarianism, i learned a lot about libertarian economics, but now that im on the left i cant find much videos to learn about left wing economics

News Why Did NYC-DSA LEADERSHIP Gut the Democratically mandated “No More 24” Resolution when liberal bourgeois UN Condemned 24-Hour Home-Care Shifts A torture?
Recently saw that United Nations issued a letter denouncing NYC's 24 hour working days for home care women workers. so what's the deal with the NYC-DSA leadership scratching 99% of the No More 24 resolution... Seems to be a no brainer human rights abuse in the aftermath of neoliberal government flirting with the private sector (insurance companies), at the expense of elderly women of color ofc. Is this why DSA remains white to this day?
You can see the chapters and members resolutions here

Discussion Does DSA speak out against discriminatory Islamist regimes?
There are many authoritarian Muslim states that brutally repress women, Gays, religious & ethnic minorities. Some such as Saudi Arabia, Iran, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Gulf States have even codified discrimination against non-Muslims. Does the DSA and other Socialist groups speak out against these regimes? And if not, why not? Do they call for sanctions against these nations and support anti-regime liberation movements?
