I am looking for people with practical experience in dropshipping, e-commerce, supplier selection, fulfilment, product research, customer service, or store management who would be willing to do a short online interview with me.

Bonjour à tous, je teste un produit physique bien-être (gamme de prix 60-110€) via une campagne Facebook Ads avec liste d'attente, avant de m'engager sur du stock. Je cherche des avis extérieurs neutres, car je suis trop impliqué pour être objectif sur mes propres données.

Configuration :

• Budget : 5€/jour, en cours depuis ~10 jours
• Produit en rupture de stock — la page collecte des emails via un popup liste d'attente (réduction de 10% en incitation) au lieu d'un vrai paiement
• 2 créations testées en parallèle : 1 vidéo, 1 carrousel

Résultats jusqu'à présent :

• CTR (lien) : 3,6-3,9%, constamment bon
• CPM : ~99% en dessous du benchmark Meta pour ma niche
• Coût par clic "Ajout au panier" : 2,89€ (vidéo) / 3,94€ (carrousel, en amélioration)
• Total dépensé : ~95€
• Vrais emails récupérés dans mon suivi : 4 (sur environ 50 signaux "Ajout au panier" au total)
• Meta a signalé "Faibles résultats" ces 2 derniers jours après un ralentissement (0 nouvel email pendant 2 jours, puis la tendance repartait avant ça)
• Mon coût par email tourne autour de 17-19€, et ma marge par vente est d'environ 27-56€ selon l'offre

Ma question : Avec ces données, commanderiez-vous un premier petit lot de stock (~50 unités, ~530€ tout compris) maintenant, ou attendriez-vous plus de données ? Si vous attendriez, quel serait votre seuil (plus d'emails ? meilleur CTR ? plus de jours) ? Et si vous commanderiez, qu'est-ce que vous surveilleriez de près une fois le stock arrivé ?

J'essaie de prendre une décision rationnelle plutôt qu'émotionnelle — merci d'avance pour tout avis extérieur.

So I build my website and made a businessplan based on dropshipping, (Reselling without having stock) and I dont understand why it is so hated. So I am Selling calisthenics equipment. But because I want to start small without loosing monney. I am dropshipping them. What is wrong about it. Isn´t it just the same as Having my own stock, just that my stock. Please clear me up why people say there is no chance of making money with dropshipping in 2026. And no Im not tryna make it myself easy. I just dont want to start with a own stock.

Ok this might be a dumb question but here goes. I run a small shopify store selling home goods and every guide about scaling paid says that video creative wins now and static is dead. Ok cool, except i can’t afford a videographer and i’m too shy to be on camera. Also my products are not exactly thrilling to film sitting on a table. So for months my whole ad account was static images and it worked fine until it just stopped scaling. Cpms crept up and the same creative fatigued. After doing some research i saw that it’s possible to turn your product pages into engaging ad videos through something like Creatify or Argil but i haven’t tested any because i don’t know the cost.

I am looking for something where i could set up a consistent presenter and crank variations of the same product angle instead of one-off clips. Anyone had any success with this? Thanks for helping a beginner out!

What am I doing wrong? I use set a budget of 300 per day now I have changed it to 1000 but still I'm getting I'm not getting any sales

I've been testing mostly image ads, but I can't seem to get a CTR above 1.5%. I'd really appreciate some advice on what I'm doing wrong.

My process is usually this: I create 4 different creatives based on 4 different angles and test them against each other.

Most of the time, 3 of the creatives perform terribly (below 1% CTR, sometimes even below 0.5%), while one performs slightly better at around 1.2%. The problem is that 1.2% still isn't good enough to get cheap traffic or generate sales.

So here's where I get stuck:

In the past, whenever none of the creatives became a clear winner, I would just start over and test 4 completely new creatives with 4 new angles. Usually, one of those angles is actually the same angle that previously got the 1.2% CTR—just with a completely new image, hook, and overall creative.

The weird thing is that sometimes the exact same angle that previously got a 1.2% CTR suddenly drops to 0.6% or even worse. Then I repeat the whole process again, but I keep getting the same results.

How do you break out of this cycle and finally reach a 2–3% CTR with a creative that actually starts generating sales?

Should I stop creating completely new creatives and instead iterate on the best-performing one? For example, if a creative gets a 1.2% CTR, should I only change the hook while keeping everything else the same? Or only change the image? Basically, should I test one variable at a time instead of rebuilding the entire creative from scratch?

Or is a 1.2% CTR simply too low to justify iterating on that creative at all?

I'd genuinely appreciate any advice from people who have been through this.

It’s 2026, been hearing about drop shipping since high school, but what made you start and have you seen the success you wanted with it?

I have a software company with skilled developers but we having issues for finding clients, if you have a great network for finding clients we want to collabrate with you, you take about 40 percent of project profit and communicate with clients like dropshipping, essentially we are building web apps, websites, mobile apps and ERP systems etc.

Hey guys, so basically, I payed a guy 130 bucks on fiverr for a Dropshipping course because a guy here on Reddit recommended him to me. The guy that recommended him has a social media ads account for his supposed shop, I searched his website that doesn’t even have that much traffic and all of his followers on the TikTok account are Nigerian bots, which line up with the fiverr coach’s nationality. It started smelling fishy and I asked for a refund on fiverr. No one can promise 5k each product just because he says so. Stay safe guys. DM me for the document the guy gave me on fiverr to see if it looks generic.

PS: I know it was stupid of me to pay that guy but I’m tired of people trying to scam me for dropshipping courses and thought this could be real for one time. The guy on Reddit said he spent 2k with the guy setting up the store.

My campaign recently started spending money (it’s a new account). The last 2 days did like $1.15 in spend when budget is $27/day. Today however it only did like 4 cents. What’s going on?

Yesterday was a solid day for my store.

But this post isn't about revenue.

It's about Q4.

Every year, I see people waiting until October to "get ready."

By then, they're already behind.

The sellers who usually have their best Q4 are the ones putting in the work during July, August and September.

Here's what I'm focusing on right now:

1.Testing products before ad costs spike.

2.Creating multiple ad creatives instead of relying on one winner.

3.Improving my product pages and checkout experience to increase conversion rate.

4.Building email and SMS flows so I don't have to rely only on paid ads.

5.Strengthening relationships with suppliers to avoid stock issues and shipping delays during the holiday rush.

One thing I've learned is that Q4 doesn't create winners ,it amplifies the work you've already done.

If your store is barely profitable today, Q4 won't magically fix everything.

But if you've built a solid foundation, optimized your store and understand your numbers, Q4 can be the period that changes your entire year.

A few reminders for anyone preparing:

Don't chase every trending product.

Know your break-even ROAS.

Improve your Average Order Value (bundles, upsells, quantity breaks).

Test creatives relentlessly.

Keep cash aside for scaling if something takes off.

Don't neglect customer support it becomes even more important during the holiday season.

The biggest mistake I made early on was thinking I had to find the perfect product.

The reality is that consistent testing and execution beat perfection every time.

What's the one thing you're doing right now to prepare for Q4 that you think more dropshippers should be doing?

Man last year was a successfull fucking year, everything was going great I reached every goal i set for myself. I made a lot of money from ecom. But as soon as this year started everything went downhill... I know business is against being emotional but fuck it trust me I´m optimistic af and the most positive you can imagine but rn I wanted to share my position with someone who reads this... Hi everyone, some of you might be experts or experienced in finding suppliers. Therefore I'm need of some guidance and support in finding good suppliers/manufacturers in Asia/Europe. I'm looking for a supplier who can ;

• Can dropship with print on demand model in the home textile category
• Is connected to Woocommerce,shopify
• Handle single customer orders
• Package customization

I have reached out to some suppliers/manufacturers on alibaba however many have high moqs, are not able to process or do not offer the product that I would like.

Am I doing something wrong, should I look on other marketplaces?
