Believe it or not I actually had a septorhinoplasty and a revision - wonky notrils - bent septum still and a bit of cartilage still jutting out the left side above my left nostril! I complained and was met with the fact that I shouldn’t expect perfection and surgeries like this are unpredictable and it’s not that it hasn’t been done well it just sometimes heals differently to what’s expected!

Wouldn’t touch it again without paying but said she can understand what I mean with my concerns and I told her I didn’t want her touching my nose again because if she can’t get it right the first two times then there’s no way in hell I’m letting her have a third go!

My complaint was dec 2024 - do I have a leg to stand on with this I’m in the UK 😓😓 don’t really have the funds to fix it and why should I when I paid to begin with to have it - I’m still so annoyed by it 😭

The inner parts of my lips look white and pale.

Second pic is 30 minutes after. First and third are 1.5 hours after. I don’t feel pain but the numbing hasn’t gone down.

I’ll preface this with I know I am not significantly overweight but I spend a lot of time being careful about what I eat and exercising. I now feel very happy with my weight for my legs & arms etc and I am a healthy BMI 20.

HOWEVER I have super super stubborn fat on my abdomen and I just can’t get rid of it. I’ve come off hormonal birth control, stopped alcohol etc etc and I am only 26y/o.

I feel if I lost any more weight I’d start looking too thin in other areas and I don’t think it would give that change that I’m looking for on my stomach.

I am now considering liposuction to get rid of the downtime but in the UK the procedure doesn’t seem to be done as widely as in the US / South America so I am struggling to find a good surgeon.

Any thoughts / recommendations and advice welcomed!

my whole teen years up until now (21) i’ve been severely insecure of my forehead. not only is it pretty long, but i have those two horn-like bones that poke out. it’s frustrating because i don’t even like going swim, putting my hair up or showering nearby anyone in fear that they’ll see how large my head is. i also have a pretty big nose, so it makes me feel 10x worse. i’m a cis woman, but i have very masculine facial features and i’m at the point where i can’t even look at myself anymore. my siblings don’t even have a forehead like this.

has anyone ever gotten a forehead reduction or forehead burring? i need first hand experience to help me decide on what to do.

i need to know if it’s common to have complications after surgery or for it to be botched.

I had a clear mole on my nose that I was told by a dermatologist needed to be cut out and skin graphed. I went to Dr. Ezzat to get a second opinion and he was phenomenal. He was able to instead remove the mole and laser it. It left absolutely no scaring and hasn’t returned since. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

I am ready to take the plunge and try lip filler for the first time at age 55. My primary concern is to add fullness to my very thin top lip and smooth out the tiny vertical "smoker's lines" above it. I would also add a tiny bit to my bottom lip just to balance things out.

The medspa I go to uses Juvederm products. Would Vollure XC or Ultra XC be more effective?

I feel like the top of my lip is heavy… my injector dissolved a little from the boarders of my top lip but I want more since it folds when I smile. This is week 3

Overall, I’m happy with my results, but I’m still experiencing what seems like \*\*fluid retention under my eyes\*\*, especially over the malar (upper cheek) area. It makes my under-eye area look darker, and I also notice some hollowness that wasn’t as noticeable before surgery.
My surgeon has reassured me that healing from the lower blepharoplasty can take several months, but I’d really like to hear from others who have gone through something similar.
Did you have persistent malar swelling or fluid retention around 10 weeks?
Did it make your under-eye area look darker or more hollow?
How long did it take for the swelling to resolve?
Did it improve on its own, or did you need any treatments?

I really want Himplant, but one urologist didn't recommend it or other similar implants because my skin is too thin.

I'm thin. I'm 172 cm (5'8") tall and weigh 65-67 kg (143-148 lbs).

Has anyone with my body type had this surgery and what were the results?

if you dissolve part og the bottom lip, would you still have to wait 2 weeks to put more on the top one, or are they 2 separate regions and you could fill it after a week or so ? just curious

Never had anything done, but curious as to what I should get done?

I don’t want to add more than 1 ml for both mid cheeks , 1.5 maximum, would that be helpful and give good result or the doctor will put more and then I might don’t like the result and I will definitely pay more 😩ً , I only want the mid cheek area and this is my first time to do that FYI I’m 38 years old

Hi how many of you may consider a nose job if this was your nose? I am really not sure if it’s worth it but I’m also not happy with my nose. I’d preferably like a small more feminine nose.
