i have a vial of BPC 20mg, and i have a 30ml vial of the water to mix with. im unsure of how to dose/mix it, if i just want to go with the most standard dosage of 250mcg (i believe that's correct)

Hi all, have insertional achilles tendinopathy and want to do localised site injections. Where on the foot / ankle would be best?

Please may I ask a newbie question. I have just received a 50mg GCHK and a 5mg BPC-157 and they both have the same amount of powder in them. Do these vials usually contain a filler or some form of additional ingredient alongside the pure product? I was expecting a different amount of powder in each vial. Thanks in advance :)
