Question Powder in Vial

Please may I ask a newbie question. I have just received a 50mg GCHK and a 5mg BPC-157 and they both have the same amount of powder in them. Do these vials usually contain a filler or some form of additional ingredient alongside the pure product? I was expecting a different amount of powder in each vial. Thanks in advance :)

Experience 6 weeks my experience

I now realize why we really need real human scientific studies. Took 500ml BPC157 for 6 weeks SQ for tendenitis in both elbows, golf related injuries. I continued with PT and some limited golf throughout. No improvement in the right arm and some improvement in the left. Was BPC helpful or was it PT or just 6 weeks have passed? Who knows? I can't even tell you if BPC did anything. We need controlled studies.

Question 3 weeks in on BPC, now switch up to Wolverine?

So, coming to end of week 3 on just BPC. So far, its 100% helped my knee issues, swelling went away in a few days, after being an issue on and off for a month. I did a week at 250mcg a day, and 2 doses of 250mcg a day since. have had no sides at all, apart from what feels like hair growing super quick!?

Have continued stretching and mobility, plus a couple of 5k runs alongside treadmill work.

I'd like to move to the wolverine stack, not keen on separate doses, would rather just stick to one dose twice a day. Anyone done anything similar? What advice would anyone give on how to approach this?

Thanks in advance!

Discussion Considering taking BPC-157 again after appendicitis 2 months ago.

About 2 months ago I had appendicitis and started to feel symptoms after a week of injecting BPC-157 daily at 500mcg. I was also doing TB-500 bi-weekly. I was injecting in the fat near my abdomen, near belly button. I was also injecting into my shoulder (injury site).

Anyways I was having some pains around my belly button, i thought it was injection site pain. It was actually appendicitis, which the pain usually starts around the belly button and then moves to lower right abdomen. I was treated with IV antibiotics for 5 days and then no longer have it. There is a connection to guy motility and BPC-157. In some rare cases people talk about it slowing gut motility which increases constipation which can in turn cause appendicitis.

I am desperate with this shoulder injury. I have bursitis, impingement and tendonitis shown on the MRI. Been in pain for 6+ months now.

Should i pin BPC-157 again? any opinions or thoughts? or maybe just do the TB-500 bi weekly?

Discussion Side effects

I want to ask who has had the following symptoms after taking this peptide.
1: the feeling of your blood vessels expanding ( similar to the feeling when you get contrast before an MRI, feeling like you’ve pissed yourself)
2: a lot of pooping. Like you go #2 the same times In a day that you usually go in a week.
3. Feeling “different” , not exactly good or bad, but you notice your mental state has changed in some way.

Edit: 10 mg vial, 3ml BAC water, 20 units a day

Question Avoiding Surgery

Has anyone had a situation where they were either scheduled or planning on surgery (such as joint replacement or spinal etc). Then began using bpc with or without other peptides and was subsequently able to avoid the surgery based on both symptoms and radiographs? Meaning that xrays or MRI confirmed positive changes to the point that surgery was no longer necessary?

Question BPC 157 for Dog with Autoimmune Issues

I have a senior 45 lb dog with almost annual meningitis flare ups. When the flareups get bad, the standard course is applicable antibiotics and steroids to calm the immune system. I’m looking for something more preventive. These antibiotics and steroids each year are really hard on her body.

I hear mixed commentary on using BPC for autoimmune issues. I also hear KPV or a BPC/KPV blend might be better suited for meningitis.

What do you think? Do I risk administering it to my dog, and if so, what might be an appropriate daily dosage—both to test tolerance and for full benefit?

Question GHK - Have I been doing this OTT?

I’ve got the 100mg GHKCU
added in 3ml of bac water

I’ve got the 0.5ml syringes

For the daily doses I’ve been pulling down to 10 for over a month now, is that wrong? I though the bottles last 30 days so 300/10 is 30 days

The calculations websites are confusing as they say to pull to 3 not 10.

Experience My experience with BPC-157 for a chronic hip/pelvis issue — strong benefits but cognitive side effects

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my personal experience with BPC-157 in case it helps someone with a similar situation.

I’m a 30-year-old male, around 100 kg, with a very muscular and active build. I’ve been dealing with a chronic hip/pelvis/lower-back issue for more than 10 years. The problem affects my hip, adductor area, psoas/hip flexor area, glute/hamstring region and sometimes gives me sciatica-like symptoms.

This has been a very long and frustrating process. Over the years I’ve tried a huge number of approaches: physiotherapy, mobility work, strengthening, rehab exercises, rest, training modifications, supplements, lifestyle changes, and many other things. I even had hip surgery, and I also had multiple injections in different areas, including the psoas, lower back and hip. None of those things fully solved the problem.

Some approaches helped partially, but nothing really fixed it completely. It always felt like I could improve it for a while, but the underlying issue was still there.

Before BPC-157, I had also been taking KPV. With KPV, I noticed some effects, but they were much more subtle. For me, KPV felt more related to general inflammation, gut/systemic inflammation, and overall regulation rather than something very direct on the injury itself.

With BPC-157, the effect felt much more direct on the actual problem area.

I’m not saying it was a miracle cure, and I’m not claiming that it fixed everything permanently. But compared with almost everything else I had tried over the years, the change felt more specific. The hip/pelvis/lower-back area felt less irritated, more stable, and some movements felt easier. It did not feel like a vague “I feel better” effect; it felt more connected to the exact chronic area that had been bothering me for years.

That surprised me because this was not a fresh injury. This was something I had carried for more than a decade, even after surgery, injections, rehab and many failed or only partially successful attempts to fix it.

However, I also noticed a very important downside: BPC-157 seems to cause me significant cognitive side effects.

For me, the main side effects are strong memory problems, brain fog, difficulty speaking clearly, and reduced verbal fluency. It feels like I cannot access words as easily, my speech becomes less fluid, and my memory gets noticeably worse. This is not a small or vague effect for me; it is very noticeable.

I have been using 500 mcg per day. One thing I noticed is that taking 500 mcg all at once feels much heavier for me than splitting it into 250 mcg + 250 mcg. The physical benefit is there, but the cognitive side effects feel stronger when I take the full 500 mcg in one dose.

For context, I have always been very sensitive to supplements or compounds that affect dopamine, serotonin, mood, motivation or mental state. Even “normal” supplements like vitamin D or creatine can affect me noticeably. So I’m aware that I may be more sensitive than the average person, but the effect from BPC-157 has still been strong enough that I wanted to mention it.

So my experience is mixed.

On one hand, BPC-157 feels more directly helpful for my chronic hip/pelvis/lower-back issue than almost anything else I have tried.

On the other hand, the cognitive side effects are a real problem for me.

I know human evidence around BPC-157 is limited, and I’m not trying to present this as medical advice. This is just my personal experience. But I wanted to share both sides honestly, because most people talk only about the injury-healing side and not always about possible mental/cognitive effects.

So far, the difference between KPV and BPC-157 has been clear for me:

KPV felt more subtle and systemic.

BPC-157 felt more direct and targeted toward the chronic injury area, but also came with much stronger cognitive side effects.

I’ll keep observing how things evolve, especially after stopping, because for me the big question is whether the physical improvement lasts and whether the cognitive side effects fully go away.

Disclaimer: used gpt to write this.

Edit: For extra context, I’ve also dealt with gut issues, including SIBO, IMO and SIFO before (long cure journey) Digestive symptoms, bloating, inflammation and systemic irritation have been part of the bigger picture for me too.

It seems helping for me in this way too.

Question How does BP-157 interact with RX meds like blood thinners?

Hey all, I'm 57 male and tore my rotator cuff last year. Because the VA is slow, I just had surgery last month. I am in recovery but I'm reading about the magic of these peptides. I took Tirz for a bit last year and it was ok, but I eventually went off it cause I felt it was making me depressed. Am currently on 2mg Reta for the past 3 weeks and it seems to be working well. I am also on 100mg TRT weekly

Once I tore my right rotator cuff, a couple of months later I tore my left pectoral muscle.

Im reading about GLOW and KLOW and the peptides that are part of each compound. Im wondering which one I should go for, or if I should just grab BP-157?

Since I seem to have weak tendons/connective tissue, Im trying to heal my current injuries and strengthen things to help prevent future injury as well. I'm not some crazy body builder nor was I pushing really heavy weights. Both injuries just seemed like overuse or freak injuries.

One of my real concerns is how it affects my current rx meds I take every day. How does GLOW or KLOW or just straight BP-157 interact with Eliquis (blood thinner)? They discovered A-fib last year so after ablation, I feel great but have to take Eliquis every day. I also don't have a thyroid anymore (thyroid cancer in 2012). Other meds are more mundane: Synthroid, Crestor, Nexium, Metropolol.

Sorry for the long post, but after doing some research, I thought I would see if real people who have experience with these peptides could pitch in their .02.

Question Systemic Easy Bruising?

Hey all, I've been on 500mcg BPC and TB-4 for a few weeks now. During this I've also been doing some grappling and I've noticed I am starting to bruise very easily all over my body. I asked my doctor over the phone and they don't seem too concerned, but I'm a little worried. It's like if you grip me decently anywhere I will bruise for days or even a week. Is this a normal side effect or should I stop immediately?

I'm thinking of getting some labs done but haven't yet. Gotta scrounge up the money.

Discussion Persistent headaches (months) from BPC-157 and TB-500/4. Looking for protocols to fix this.

Sorry for the long post but I need to describe this well to hopefully get some helpful responses...

I know most of you don't have side effects from these peptides, which is great. But unfortunately, a number of people get really bad adverse effects. I want to connect directly with people who are also suffering from long-lasting headaches after using BPC-157 and TB-500/TB-4.

I took my last dose of BPC-157/TB-4 (oral form) back in May, and the headaches have been ongoing ever since. Fortunately, the intense eye pain I initially had cleared up after about two weeks, but the headaches remain. While they aren't constantly extreme, they are severe enough to significantly impact my daily life.

Most of the time, the pain is concentrated right in my forehead and feels like it's burning up or glowing hot. The pressure isn't static though and seems to migrate depending on the "wave" of the attack. Sometimes it shifts to a heavy pressure in the back left of my skull, and other times it strikes right at my left temple.

According to my research, these peptides jumpstart tissue repair by triggering VEGF (which grows new blood vessels) and releasing NO (Nitric Oxide). While that’s great for healing, NO causes massive vasodilation (widens blood vessels in the brain). For some of us, this extreme widening and the resulting inflammation completely overstimulates the nerves, leading to these brutal, stubborn, and shifting headaches.

Since these types of cells (like endothelial cells and immune/mast cells) generally turn over and renew themselves roughly every 3 months, my hope is that once this cellular cycle completes, my system will finally return to baseline and these cells will stop firing so aggressively. But in the meantime I need to reduce my headaches as much as possible.

My current protocol to alleviate symptoms:

  • Caffeine: To counteract the vasodilation caused by Nitric Oxide, as caffeine helps constrict/narrow blood vessels in the brain. I usually drink a lot of coffee anyways, but I'm not sure how effective it is against these specific headaches.
  • Curcumin & Luteolin: I take curcumin (with black pepper) regularly and also luteolin. Both are anti-inflammatories that help block the inflammatory cascade and stabilize mast cells, which are often overactivated by VEGF.
  • Magnesium: I take this to help block NMDA receptors (calming down the overstimulated, hypersensitive nerves) and to help regulate vascular tone.
  • Ice Packs: Placed on my forehead to physically constrict blood vessels and numb the overactive nerves for temporary relief.

On the way (untested yet):

  • Quercetin: A powerful mast cell stabilizer to completely shut down the histamine/inflammatory response linked to VEGF.
  • Milk Thistle: To directly downregulate/decrease VEGF expression and inhibit angiogenesis.

What should be avoided (major triggers):

Anything boosting Nitric Oxide or increasing vasodilation makes the headache explode instantly. Avoid these:

  • L-Citrulline & L-Arginine: Total triggers, as they directly increase Nitric Oxide production and widen the vessels even further.
  • Beetroot: Extremely high in dietary nitrates, which convert directly into NO.
  • Pre-Workout Supplements: Most of them are loaded with "pump" ingredients designed to trigger vasodilation.
  • Heat / Hot water: Heat or hot water (showers, baths) causes systemic vasodilation, which heavily aggravates the pressure in the head.
  • GHK-Cu serums or creams: I noticed when I apply a GHK-Cu serum on my face, the headaches instantly spike again. This makes sense, as GHK-Cu also upregulates VEGF.

If you experienced these specific long-term headaches from BPC-157 or TB, what protocols or remedies actually worked for you to finally get rid of them? Did you find any specific supplements, medications, or routines that successfully reversed this side effect?

Thanks in advance for any help and effective protocols!

Question Oral BCP-157, Considering It, Help?

Hey y'all! Longtime lurker, first time poster.

I have a torn rotator cuff from a work injury 4 years ago and it hasn't healed and causes me a lot of pain.

I also have bursitis in both shoulders from this injury.

I'm on the wait list for surgery but I am terrified of surgery and it not healing. I do & have done physio and chiropractic treatments for years as well as massage

Im a bodybuilder ( 100% natty)

Female

30 years old

5'7, 140 lbs

I'm also living in Canada

I'm healthy as can be except I take Dexadrine for my ADHD in the morning and Lamotragine at night (mood stabilizer, helps with my PTSD).

I can't inject myself using needles. It's a phobia.

So I'm wanting to try the oral BPC route.

Suggestions on dosage, timing and your personal stories if you take ADHD meds and have a torn rotator cuff.

Thanks so much

Question Argument over constant use.

Hi everyone,

Hoping for some clarification as me and my husband keep butting heads over the constant use of BPC.

Initially we both took it for around 4 months daily I took 1mg daily, he would do 1mg but when he had an injury up to 2.5mg. We've now been off it 4 weeks he has taken it occasionally during that time due to a shoulder injury.

Now that's not an issue, I however have now said I don't want to nor think it should be used every day consistently. I plan to only use it when I have an injury pop up (or my torn meniscus starts bothering me again) I wouldn't mind cycling it as I feel it really helped my IBS, but I'm happy to use it as needed.

He however says it's perfectly fine to use a small dose of 333mcg daily forever, no cycle.

So please can someone give us some clarification because there is so much different information out there.

TL;DR can BPC be used daily forever or do we use it on cycles or when needed?

I've been on this dosage for 3 weeks, the 3 weeks before I was on 250mcg, I haven't see any improvement on my cervical/neck issue, Should I increase the dosage? how much? thank you for any comment.
