My friend works at the company I used to work at and they are holding on by a thread. Not gonna name them or anything but they are shitty just like a bunch of dispos in this tanking industry.

Just like my property management did to all their tenants, this shitty cannabis company emailed out a master list of employee information to every single employee as an attachment on a mass email. Wages, contact info, the kicker, SSNs.

Ppl here told me I couldn’t do much about my property management cuz they didn’t disclose any account info or things like SSNs. Just all our contact info, addresses, email phone number rent info section 8 status if it applies.

The cannabis company disclosed all their personal info, wages AND SSNs and I guess they claimed it was cuz the “CCC got hacked” which I find to be total BS cuz the email was from the company’s HR.

Still trying to get more info from my friend I will add it as she replies, but has anyone heard of the CCC being hacked a few years ago? It could have been 2022 or 2023. I will update. TIA!

Big shoutout to Gibby’s Garden – Gastropop absolutely delivered 🔥I picked up a slice of their Gastropop and man, I’m glad I did. Last year I grabbed something from Gibby’s (can’t remember the exact strain) and it was pretty dry with zero nose or flavor. Figured it might’ve been the dispensary I bought from more than Gibby’s themselves. So when I saw Gastropop I only hesitated a second. This batch? Night and day. Dense, sticky nugs with that loud, stanky nose that hits you right away. Smoked a bowl and I’m high as a kite on a windy summer day — proper lifted. Also grabbed their $1 modified punch preroll with it and that was a nice smooth bonus.
Gastropop has been one of my all-time favorite strains, but since Trade Roots closed up shop last year I’ve been hunting for a solid cut with no luck. Search is over — this one’s a winner.

Got this email yesterday that they're changing ownership within a 24 hour period. I find it pretty hard to believe they didn't know about this transition prior to yesterday. Lame that people with points had to use them last minute or lose them. Lynn to Dudley is an hour and a half each way, no one is going that far 😂

So the Jungle Drops bottle says that 1 dose = 1 ml of the tincture which = 3mg of each cannabinoid. But 1ml aka the whole dropped feels like a lot of liquid to be just 1 dose. I'm trying to really feel high to be clear. So is it correct that s monster dose would be like 3 full droppers or what

Comparing to another tincture I got that said .25 ml was 1 dose.

I just had this Golden Lemon from Float and the flavor was an incredible hit of lemon! 10/10 on flavor. First time I ever bought Float and I am very impressed. If I remember this brand hasn’t received any notable mention but give this a try.

I personally like plastic containers over the Mylar bags. It took me 1-2 minutes to figure out how to open the container (push & pull?)

I haven’t tried any lobster strains so I grabbed the cotton candy lobster over Chem Slushie (Highmark) .

I also scooped a treeworks melon #2 rosin vape. The melon is my favorite strain I have gotten from Treeworks. Every time I get it it’s very consistent. Wish it was 1/2 the price lol

Hello, friends. I’m genuinely concerned about the recent efforts to roll back or repeal legal marijuana in Massachusetts.

Beyond the fact that I think it would be an enormous step backward, it could hurt the state economy, disrupt a now-established industry, and threaten the jobs of thousands of people who currently work in cultivation, retail, production, security, marketing, and related businesses.

On a personal level, legal cannabis has also made my life noticeably easier. It helps me stay calmer and more comfortable in stressful environments, and I would very much like to continue enjoying the trees without Massachusetts suddenly deciding to reverse course.

So I’m curious:

Who are the most organized groups working to stop this effort?

Are there campaigns, petitions, hearings, volunteer groups, or advocacy organizations people should know about?

And what can an individual actually do that would be useful?

I’m a fairly experienced video editor, producer, and digital content person. I’d be especially interested in helping with short videos, social media content, interviews, explainers, testimonials, or anything else that could help communicate what is at stake.

I’m not looking to reinvent the wheel or start my own random campaign. I’d rather connect with people who are already organized and contribute something useful.

Picked up another zip of this because this strain RULES. Diesel-y flavor, but the effects are what really get me. I’m in my 40s with a super high tolerance, and it not often that I will describe how a strain makes me feel. Usually it’s either I’m high or I’m not. This one: instant mood enhancer, every single time. Instant productivity, every single time. Like, got the dog walked AND vaccumed the house by 8am? Did I just say it’s a beautiful day out loud??? WHO AM I?!?!???!

I have been keeping record of the weed I smoke for a number of years both in CA and more recently in MA since moving here 4 years ago.

I fell off this for like reasons of seeking employment; for a while I was trying to find work in cannabis but never got a nibble so when I swapped back to trying for work in my main gig - web dev - I de-emphasized the site as software firms are not necessarily looking for someone who showcases their drug use in a public setting.

Now I have more or less given up entirely and am wondering if this seems consumable or like it should just be abandoned as a nice little personal project that brought me to some interesting conclusions.

I have take up growing now and I have that to discuss as well. I know it's maybe not fashionable to maintain personal sites for this sort of thing but I like the control.

Anyways, I know this is a bit of a navel-gazing post. Any opinions are welcome.
