Check-in Check-In: About 5 Weeks Out from the OCB Natural Viking
Hey everyone, checking in again to share my most recent progress.
M34, 5'8", 157.9 in these photos taken this morning the day after a refeed.
The weight continues to come down slowly, and more and more detail is starting to show in these photos. I hit a new low of 155.4 yesterday morning, fasted, before starting the refeed. The refeed was 200P, 60F, and 550C.
All of these photos with the exception of the first were taken this morning. The first photo was taken by my coach in a posing room on Monday morning. Honestly, it was incredible to see what my physique looks like when I'm actually in solid lighting.
Anyhow, there's still work to be done, but I feel like I'm positioned extremely well to have my best showing ever.
As always, I'm open to any and all questions, comments, and critiques.

Transformation Division - 3 weeks out
No where near most of you guys and your commitment, but still sharing. I will be competing in the Toronto Summer Shredding Transformation Division (150lbs in 4 years) in 3 weeks!
40 years old
2022
340lbs
45% body fat
This morning 7/23/26
196lbs
Sub 10% body fat? (My gyms pod scale read 6% last week but errored out this morning) I know a dexa is more accurate but we’ve been using the same one for years so we can still see the needle move.
