Common problems & solutions

1. Crypto withdrawal suspended

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal - please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue. If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

Please refrain from leaving multiple messages in this thread if your case has already been escalated.

2. Security issues

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

Note: It can take up to several working days for the money to be credited to your accounts. You can find more FAQ here

4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds

● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue - our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.

5. Trading system and other account issues

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

Please follow the format stated above, your case cannot be escalated if you do not follow this process and your comment may be removed. Following the format helps us classify and identify the issues, escalate them to our relevant departments and get everyone’s problems resolved. Spamming the feed is unfair to other users and will result in a ban.

Discussion Anyone else still sitting on staked BTC wondering if there's a better way to do this

I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I've had BTC parked in various staking setups for a while now, and it always bugged me that the only way to actually earn yield on it meant wrapping it or bridging it somewhere, which. Yes. We all know how that story tends to go when the bridge gets hit.

What got my attention recently is this whole trustless vault approach some projects are exploring, where the BTC literally never leaves the Bitcoin chain. No wrapped token, no bridge contract holding your BTC. It uses taproot spend conditions so the vault logic lives natively on L1, and you get proof you can actually redeem without trusting some multisig of randoms.

It feels like the difference between trust me, bro yield and yield where the security model is Bitcoin's own. Still early days on stuff like this, a lot of it is testnet only from what I've seen, but if it holds up, it might actually change how people think about putting BTC to work instead of just letting it sit cold. Has anyone here tried any of these newer non-custodial vault setups yet? I'm curious if the withdrawal experience is actually as smooth as advertised or if there's some catch I'm not seeing.

I have been using binance to deposit and withdraw money to pocketoption for more than 5 years now .Yesterday i did a withdrawal from pocketoption to binance but the amount has been locked by binance .I contacted support regarding this and i was directed to a support specialist and he said "Your account has transactions with addresses outside of our terms of use" and i should wait until 31st august until the review is completed . So is it a violation to use binance to deposit/withdraw money from pocketoption

Posts left and right that you can't trade anymore as an EU user on Binance, but I did a trade just 2 days ago. Are these limits different depending on the country you are in?

Discussion Un comparatore per i rendimenti

Question EUR fiat deposit method.

As you may already know, after July 14, Binance discontinued the SEPA deposit method, which previously worked very smoothly. Now, a new partner called Bpay has been introduced. Has anyone tried depositing EUR into their account using this payment provider? I am trading only EUR/USDC and need to deposit a large amount. The speed and cost of the payment method are very important.

Discussion Need Legal Guidance - Changelly Holding My Crypto for Months Despite Full AML/KYC Compliance

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for genuine legal advice from anyone who has dealt with Changelly or similar crypto exchanges.

My crypto transaction has been frozen by Changelly for several months under the pretext of an AML/KYC review.

I completed my KYC immediately.

After that, Changelly repeatedly requested:

• Source of funds

• Wallet ownership proof

• Transaction details

• Blockchain records

• Chat screenshots

• Additional explanations

I provided every document and piece of information requested.

They then contacted the sender of the funds directly.

The sender (my friend) also fully cooperated by:

• Completing KYC

• Providing wallet ownership proof

• Sharing transaction details

• Sharing chat screenshots

• Explaining the source of funds

• Providing every available supporting document

Despite full cooperation from both of us, Changelly continues to respond with the same generic replies:

"Your case is under review."

"We'll update you when there are any developments."

This has been going on for months.

I also emailed their Legal Team requesting their legal entity details, company registration, registered office, legal address, and licensing information.

They have completely ignored those emails as well.

I have now engaged a lawyer and am preparing legal proceedings.

I possess complete evidence including:

• Complete email correspondence

• AML communications

• Legal notices

• TXIDs

• Wallet ownership proof

• KYC documents

• Blockchain records

• Chat screenshots

• Complete timeline of events

I would appreciate guidance from anyone who has experienced something similar.

  1. Has anyone successfully recovered funds from Changelly after a prolonged AML review?

  2. Which legal entity actually operates Changelly?

  3. Which jurisdiction is best for initiating legal proceedings?

  4. Which regulators or authorities have jurisdiction over Changelly?

  5. Has anyone taken legal action against Changelly? If yes, what was the outcome?

Any advice, legal guidance, or personal experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Discussion Scammers never give up 😂

Post image

These scammers really never give up. It looks like my phone number was leaked from a crypto exchange at some point, and ever since then about two years ago I've been constantly receiving phishing attempts from hackers trying to steal my funds. Fortunately, I don't even use Binance anymore because of the MiCA restrictions, so there's nothing there for them to access. It's interesting though do you guys receive these kinds of scam attempts as well?

News [OC] Built a desktop terminal for Binance Futures to solve my manual entry/calculation issues. Feedback on my scoring logic?

Hey guys,

I’m a developer and active trader. Like many of you, I got frustrated with the Binance UI—it’s slow for quick executions, and doing manual SL/TP calculations while monitoring multiple charts was killing my precision.

I decided to build a local-only desktop terminal to solve this. Here is the architecture and logic I’ve implemented so far:

  • Security: API Keys are stored locally in the browser only, no intermediary server. All calls go directly to the Binance API via HMAC SHA-256.
  • Logic: I built a scoring system that analyzes 51 coins across 10 sectors, giving each a score out of 20 based on EMA clusters, RSI/Stochastic, and volume/VWAP data.
  • Execution: Added a 'Sniper Mode' that automatically calculates SL/TP levels based on my risk parameters before hitting the API.
  • Anti-Lag: Implemented a 'Timing Guard' to block late entries if the price drifts too far from the signal.

I’m currently running the scanning logic on a VPS using PM2 to keep it 24/7. Since I’m still fine-tuning the weights for the scoring rules, I’d love to hear how you guys handle late entry protection or if there's a better way to weight OB/VWAP confluence.

Not looking to sell anything, just looking for some constructive technical feedback from the community!

Question Can I switch between two Binance accounts on the same phone?

Hey everyone, quick question:

Is it possible to have two separate Binance accounts on one phone? I’m not talking about using them at the same time—I just want to have my personal account and a separate "business" account (with a different email).

Would I run into any issues if I just log out of one to log into the other whenever I need to switch?

Thanks!

Question Recibí 300€ de una transacción P2P cancelada.

Revisé mi cuenta y no había caído nada.

Agradezco cualquier consejo.

Question Received €300 from a cancelled P2P transaction. Buyer blocked me after I refused to send USDT. What should I do?

Hey everyone, I need some advice on a sketchy situation involving a Binance P2P transaction. I’m pretty sure someone tried to pull a triangle scam on me.

It started when I was trying to sell USDT for EUR. I found a buyer with a reliable-looking profile and opened the order. He greeted me and said he was proceeding, but time ran out and the operation was automatically cancelled. Suddenly, he messaged me saying he sent the money anyway and sent a screenshot. I checked my bank and nothing was there, so I told him it didn't arrive, that the order was cancelled, and asked him to please not do anything else. He insisted he sent it, but I couldn't see anything, so we left it at that.

Two days later, €300 actually hits my bank account, and I got a message from him asking me to check. The money was there, but my gut told me something was off. I told him I would return the money, but only via a direct bank transfer back to the exact origin account. He refused and kept insisting I send him the equivalent in USDT instead.

Because of this, I called my bank to request a reversal. My bank told me they couldn't do it on their end and that I had to manually transfer it back myself. I decided the safest route was to tell the buyer to go to his bank and request the reversal himself. But when I went to message him, I realized he had already blocked me.

I have officially reported the user and the transaction to Binance support. Now, I’m just sitting here with €300 in my bank account. Should I just leave the money untouched until a bank or the actual victim claims it? Has anyone experienced this exact scenario before? Any advice is appreciated!

Guide Why is USDT P2P on Binance trading at ₹104-105 when the actual market exchange rate is ~₹96? Any way to avoid this?

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to start investing in crypto on Binance, but every time I look at the USDT P2P market, the prices are incredibly inflated.

Right now, the actual market exchange rate of USD to INR makes USDT worth around ₹96, but the absolute cheapest sellers on Binance P2P are selling it at ₹104 to ₹105. That is an instant \~10% hit to my capital before I even start trading.

I have a few questions for the community:

Why is the premium so high right now? Is it purely due to high demand and the banking restrictions on direct fiat deposits, or is something else driving this massive gap?

Does this actually eat 10% of my portfolio? Since I'm buying high, do I also get to sell at this same inflated P2P premium when cashing out to INR, or is there a trap I'm missing?

What is the best alternative to bypass this premium? Are you guys using FIU-compliant Indian exchanges to deposit INR at spot rates and transferring low-fee coins (like TRX/XRP) to Binance, or is there a better gateway?

Appreciate any advice on how to get my Rupees into crypto without immediately losing 10% of my purchasing power. Thanks!

Discussion Binance bloqueó mis fondos y no recibo respuesta.

Post image
