So I know Arte vetoed a trade that involved us acquiring Joc Pederson, Andy Pages, and Stripling some years ago. But, the Dodgers have so many OFs that would be ready to contribute within the next year or two that I think it would be negligible to not consider it. Dodgers need starting pitching and we have two guys they would love to acquire.

I know people in this fanbase hate the Dodgers but they have talent in their farm system that can't be overlooked. I'm just hoping Arte doesn't nix any potential trade offer that could involve the Dodgers.

My bad... I'll pay more attention

In addition to our big league team giving up 2 or fewer runs in 5 of our last 6 games, our minor league pitching prospects (starters) have been shining lately.

Recent pitching lines:

• 7/11: Peyton Olejnik went 5 scoreless IP, 10 K's.
• 7/13: CJ Gray went 5 IP, 6 K's, 1 R/ER.
• 7/18: Johnny Slawinski went 3 IP, 7 K's, 1 H, 1 BB. He was limited with an oblique issue.
• 3 days ago: George Klassen went 6 IP, 11 K's, 1 R/ER. Bullpen almost blew it but held on for the W.
• Yesterday: Dylan Jordan went 6 IP, 10 K's, 1 R/ER. Bullpen made it close but held on for the W.
• Today: Talon Haley just finished 5 no-hit innings with 8 K's in 85 pitches. (Yokelvin Reyes took over and just gave up a hit.) (Jaren Warwick and Alex Martinez blew the lead. No win for Haley, unfortunately, but still a great effort.)

Ripped some packs with the boy at the game today. (It was the best part of the game.) And we pulled this lovely little gem - Topps 2026 Mike Trout Home Field. Only card we've ever seen to feature the 649 1/2 sized caps. We would've traded it for one Heineman RBI single.
