I KNOW I need to lose weight. I suffer from a hormone disorder that causes my body to burn glucose rather than fat. I am over 70lbs down and have some more to go.

My self confidence and insecurity has been horrible recently. I was wondering if I could get some advice/ honest opinions.

Struggled really bad with body dysmorphia and always felt like my face looked fuck ass.

I haven't dated since I was 18 so I don't know what women would think of me. I'm open to any suggestions whether that be hair and skin care or general style. I've added some older pics if my hair is the problem. I'm also 5'10 152 lbs
