Struggled really bad with body dysmorphia and always felt like my face looked fuck ass.

I KNOW I need to lose weight. I suffer from a hormone disorder that causes my body to burn glucose rather than fat. I am over 70lbs down and have some more to go.

Genuinely don’t know. I’ve never really been hit on before and I’m not sure why.

I grew up ugly, so even though I know very, very well what my good and bad features are, I have no sense at all about how I come across to a casual observer.

I haven't dated since I was 18 so I don't know what women would think of me. I'm open to any suggestions whether that be hair and skin care or general style. I've added some older pics if my hair is the problem. I'm also 5'10 152 lbs

Feel like i definitely look ‘different’ and not sure if the insecurities i have are as big as i think they are. I’ve been trying to grow facial hair aswell because i think it could help, advice appreciated, thanks

I don’t have a thing for ducks/geese/swans but where I worked there was a lake and I managed to befriend some of them.
