No one is doing more to keep Dan J. Sullivan’s name in front of the public than Dan S.
Strassel, a long-time right-wing political columnist, visited Alaska in 2014 to write a piece attacking the reelection campaign of Sen. Mark Begich, his support for Obamacare, and claiming that Dan Sullivan’s “pro Alaska brag sheet is long.”
She eventually married the man she quoted in the lead about Begich’s failings, Nick Van Dyke, and moved to Wasilla.
On Strassel’s podcast with Dan S., they both complained about ranked choice voting, claimed the Alaska Supreme Court was wrong in allowing Petersburg Dan J. on the ballot. They agreed that Alaskans are angry about the Southeast Sullivan.
Dan S. continues to insinuate that Petersburg Dan J. might have violated someone’s civil rights, amplifying the fatuous claims of GOP activists from Outside.

There are two big issues on the primary ballot for me, the gubernatorial primary and the ballot measure reinstating campaign contribution limits.

The legislative and congressional races will be interesting. But at this point, most of those just serve as advance polling and a bit of a wake up call for whoever is behind.

Anyways, I'd like to hear what folks are thinking about.

I swear the more I see this man’s political ads the more I want to vomit. The sad thing is he’s saying things they all want to hear, keep Alaska Alaskan, keep the lower 48 bs out..but hey look at me I want to keep girls sports, I mean sure I think women are just meant for breeding and shouldn’t really make their own choices but SPORTS!!

Do tickets usually sell out? I am in school and want to wait it out a little longer to see if I can actually go based on how school goes near festival weekend.

Hey yall, Im getting married next year and have been in the lower 48 for about 18 years now and wanted to bring my fiancee up to Alaska for our honeymoon. I grew up in Alaska, around Chugiak, Peters creek area. So I never got the chance to do 'adult' things (I.E go to bars etc.) What would folks reccomend for honeymooners? I miss the mountains and the trees and the snow. I miss the rain. I miss all of it. We dont know when wed go, but im hoping its sometime in either April/May or September/October.

Hello. I just recently booked travel for an out of country trip for the entirety of October and early November and realized I'm going to be out of country when the midterms happen this year. I haven't had to absentee vote in my entire life and the SOA site on what and when I need to do it wasn't very clear to me. Was wondering what I needed to do and sign up for with the limitations of my vacation?

OK so 2 month ago my internet starts slowing down, some times to the point I can't load a Hulu show. I pay for high speed unlimited 200$ and month so I call and call they keep assuring me its maintenance but im still paying 200 a month with them going down for maintenance all the time. I keep calling after a long time on the phone with tech support they find out my internet has intermittent issues so they send out a tech, he never shows up but marks it down as though he did. I call back they send out another tech he finally shows turns out they messed with something outside the house months back without permission, and im getting interference he fixes that. Gci says they'll process a refund for all the days i had intermittent service over a months worth. They insist I call to get them to process it and stay on the line. Im currently on my 4th call today every time they try to process it I get disconnected. Im beyond livid idk how they do this to the entire state over and over every month and there a law suit forcing them to refund all customers they failed to provide the service they billed for
