I bought a second hand 360 and this pops out if I connect to the internet, it says: "Excluded console" or something like that

I can't update my xbox to 17559 to jailbreak it with bad update, IT KEEPS GIVING ME THAT DAMN ERROR, sum ppl say it's my dvd drive but i can't buy a replacement and idk how to know

Waiting for my crystal shell to come in from the UK but I have all the needed components for the upgrade, 40 pin 80 wire cable, startech adapters, 2tb hdd, 256mb flash drives, mech assault, etc. watched Mr Mario’s video last night and it seems I can just install Rocky perfectly fine after already having Insignia ? Seems like it in the videos but just wanted to confirm. Any extra info is always appreciated. Thanks !
