After temporarily giving up his ownership of the Death Note in order to get the jump on L Lawliet and the Japanese Task Force by behind held in their confinement without faking his innocence, Light Yagami, AKA Kira, ends up losing all of the memories he had of it, and his crusade to become the god of the new world, and goes back to the task force to tell them that he thinks that he might be Kira subconsciously to be imprisoned by them, and stopping the Kira executions for now, at least. However, somewhere in a dark alleyway in Kanto, Japan, a time displacement sphere appears in it, and stepping outside of it is a T-800 Terminator, which has been sent by Skynet in the future to kill L, as they believe that his incredible detective skills and genius level intelligence are a massive threat to their plans to eradicate humanity, and have sent the T-800 to Kanto, Japan to eliminate him as to make sure their plans can come into fruition. The T-800 then steps out of the alleyway to begin it's mission to kill L, getting it's hands on a pair of clothes, boots, a motorcycle, and some weapons such as a pistol and shotgun in order to do so, with L himself, Light, and the rest of the task force completely unaware of this new threat that's coming for them.

How does the T-800 Terminator arriving from the future via Skynet's orders to try to kill L during Light's amnesiac period change the events of Death Note? Would L, Light, and the task force be able to survive it coming for them, and try to take it down? How would the shinigami Ryuk and Rem react to the T-800 and it's existence? How does such a scenario play out, and why is that?

Say in a parallel universe where the events of REC films 1-3 took place in the Resident Evil universe (and REC 4: Apocalypse didn't happen), the Demonic Virus from REC 1 spreads all the way to the United States in an alternate 1990s, triggering the Raccoon City Disaster instead of the T-Virus.

Most of the heroes left are street-level guys like Sam Wilson, the New Avengers, Daredevil, Punisher, Spidey, etc.

If MonsterVerse Godzilla was randomly teleported to the sea and awakened because of the bs happening, what would he do on this different Earth and how would the planet’s superpowered beings and populations respond to his actions?

In an alternate timeline, in the season 5 episode of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic "The Mane Attraction", as Applejack and the rest of the Mane Six are overseeing the organization of the Helping Hooves Music Festival, Pinkie Pie would still say that she had gotten Equestria's most popular pop star, Countess Coloratura, to perform for it, with Applejack questioning who she is like normal. However, this time, as Applejack tells Pinkie to wait for Rara to arrive, with the latter replying that she doesn't have to as she believes that Rara's arrived, everypony hears hard rock music playing in the background, and a black tour van with blue flame art painted on it, and to everyone's surprise and confusion, it isn't Countess Coloratura that's arrived: it's actually the hard rocking Ember Mclain (who in this world is in the form of a unicorn pony, or should I say, unicorn ghost pony, to have her better fit into the MLP FiM universe) instead.

Ember explains to the Mane Six that Countess Coloratura had an incident with some of her fans during one of her concerts, and because of that, she unfortunately couldn't arrive for the Helping Hooves Music Festival, but she'll be happy to take her place to perform for it, as she's just as big of a star as her, with the Mane Six and everypony working on the festival's preparations accepting this, and being excited for it.

However, in the back of her mind, Ember, showing a wicked smirk on her face, happily says to herself that her plan has gone without a hitch, as with the "countess" out of the way, she can take her place in the festival to make everypony in Equestria remember her name so she can gain enough power to overthrow the 4 alicorn princesses of Equestria, and take over the land for herself, and rule it with an iron hoof, as we cut to a flashback with Ember kidnapping Rara and Svengallop before they could head to the festival, and imprisoning them in an underground cave, like how Queen Chrysalis did it to Princess Cadence in "A Canterlot Wedding", and now that she's here, she can take Equestria for herself, and eventually goes on stage to rehearse her song "You Will Remember", and Ember tells herself that she can't let her cover be blown as to not get caught in her plans for conquering Equestria, and to play it cool and act like a normal unicorn pony, and not show off her ghost powers (not yet, at least), so they can come into fruition beforehand.

How does Ember taking Countess Coloratura's place in "The Mane Attraction" and being the villain of the alternate version of it change the events of the original episode? How would it affect the events of "The Cutie Re-Mark" if Ember had become a big enough threat to both Equestria and Starlight Glimmer's revenge on Twilight for taking her village from here back in "The Cutie Map", and going back in time to stop Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom to prevent the Mane Six's cutie mark bond from being formed, leading to an unlikely alliance between Starlight and heroes as Ember is standing in the way of Starlight's plans? Could the Mane Six save Rara and Svengallop, and stop Ember from taking over Equestria? How would they be able to deal with a ghost pony like her since they've never faced something like her before? How does such a scenario play out, and why is that?

I just finished HH season one and two and ı am currently playing TPP and this popped into my mind. Would he even want redemption or genuinely believes he needs to be punished for his actions?

In the OG MW2 (2009), after Shepherd's betrayal of Task Force 141, Makarov realizes that his only hope of survival was getting rid of Shepherd. With this in mind, Makarov agrees to tell Price about the location of Shepherd's base, Site Hotel Bravo. Price and MacTavish act on this information and assassinate Shepherd, giving Makarov a window to escape and go underground.

Suppose that in a parallel universe, however, he didn't do that. In this continuity, Price says what he does in the canon timeline: "Makarov, this is Price. Shepherd's a war hero now. He's got your operations playbook and he's got a blank check. Give me what you got on Shepherd, and I'll take care of the rest. I know you can hear me on this channel Makarov. You and I both know you won't last a week."

Makarov replies, "And neither will you."

Price: "Makarov...you ever hear the old saying...the enemy of my enemy is my friend?"

Makarov's response here is the point of divergence: "Price, one day you're going to find that cuts both ways." He then refuses to give Shepherd's location and instead skips right to, "I'll see you in hell."

Makarov leaves Price and Soap to die in the boneyard while he gathers his remaining forces to track down and kill Shepherd on his own.

This means that the missions "Just Like Old Times" and "Endgame" involve Makarov chasing Shepherd down instead of Price and Soap.

I can see this scenario ending in the following ways:

• Makarov gets a knife in his chest, which he pulls out and throws at Shepherd in place of Soap.
• Makarov kills Shepherd and flees the scene.
• Shepherd kills Price and escapes.

Assuming Price and Soap survive the events of The Enemy of My Enemy in this continuity, how does either outcome change the OG Modern Warfare trilogy?

In the future timeline, what if King Kai got the name namekians to wish back the Z fighters including Goku back to help deal with the Androids? Honestly I never understood why they didnt do this. We see in the same Cell saga that Goku can even communicate with Gohan from the afterlife realm. So why they didnt do anything like this to challenge the Androids? And even in Dragon Ball Super when they went to future Trunks timeline to deal with Goku Black, the being in the afterlife still didnt try to organize this strategy 17 plus years later

But why?

What if Chris's family met Malcolm's one day? How do you think they would react to eachother's houses and lifestyles? Do you think Chris and Malcolm would be best friends? I think they would meet two different ways: 1. Chris's family accidentally travels to the future and meets Malcolm's family 2. Malcolm's family travels to the past and meets Chris's family.

The two families live in different time periods, so in order for them to meet when the main characters are teens, they have to time travel.

In this alternate scenario, the Covenant Assault Carrier Solemn Penance is damaged during the initial gauntlet towards New Mombasa such that it can no longer enter slip space. Either failing to realize the situation or simply hoping for the best, the Prophet of Regret goes ahead with the land invasion in pursuit of The Portal.

The First Battle of New Mombasa proceeds normally, but ends with Master Chief and his troops boarding the stricken Covenant ship. Given enough time, the UNSC clears out the assault carrier and apprehends the Prophet of Regret.

With the Covenant Prophet in UNSC custody, what does the UNSC do next and how does this affect Halo 2 and the rest of the Human-Covenant War?

This was inspired by a post someone else made on r/JurassicPark speculating how Eddie COULD have survived the trailer attack by the T. Rex family in The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997 movie). Someone postulated a scenario where instead of eating Eddie, the T. Rex parents simply ram Eddie's car like a bull after tearing the roof out. Eddie gets thrown out of the vehicle and is knocked unconscious by a tree branch before impacting the forest floor.

Someone else postulated a different scenario in the comments section: Canonically, one of the Tyrannosaurus attempts to hold the car in place with their foot. That guy postulated a parallel universe where the T-rex's foot slips (because it is raining) and the T-rex instead hits and breaks the tow cable, sending the car flying.

Eddie immediately swerves and drives away. Since the trailer goes over the cliff after the line is cut, Eddie presumably spends the rest of the movie thinking Sarah, Ian and Nick are dead and takes Kelly to find a hiding spot while he tries to reestablish contact with the boat (Poor Kelly-assuming she never learns right away what happened, hearing that her father died is going to break her).

Someone else suggested a scenario where the Hunters led by Roland Timbo arrive at the scene of the Tyrannosaurus attack and shoot at the Rex family, forcing them to abort the mission to destroy the trailers and allowing Roland and company to rescue Ian, Sarah, and Nick.

In all 3 scenarios, Eddie lives. How would either scenario affect The Lost World: Jurassic Park?

Suppose in a parallel universe where The Equalizer films took place in the John Wick universe, Dave York kills Susan Plummer (as depicted in The Equalizer 2).

There's just one problem: the assault on Susan and Dave's murder of Susan both took place in the Continental Hotel in Brussels, Belgium. IN my defense, there are Continental hotels all over the world according to John Wick lore, so I can TOTALLY see this happening.

Now, Susan's assailants and Dave York are both excommunicado.

With Dave York being excommunicado for killing someone on Continental Grounds, how does this alter The Equalizer 2? Does this mean John Wick ends The Equalizer 2 in minutes by eliminating York before McCall can even find out the truth?

Author's note: This scenario assumes the following:

• The rules against "doing business" (Carrying out assassinations) on the Continental Grounds still apply to Dave even though he isn't a member of The High Table.
• This scenario happens sometime between John Wick 1 (2014) and John Wick 2 (2017)

The Forerunner-Flood War came to an end with the Forerunners firing the Halo Array and wiping out the Flood alongside every single organic lifeform in the Milky Way galaxy with a few exceptions. Despite this and the danger that the Flood posed to the galaxy at their peak, the Forerunners kept the Flood around as isolated samples within certain facilities on both the Halo's and other Forerunner facilities like Shield Worlds. This would lead to later Flood outbreaks during both the Human-Covenant War and other conflicts like the battles between the UNSC Spirit of Fire and the Banished on the Ark.

But what if the Forerunners had decided that the Flood was too great a danger to keep around and decided to destroy the few Flood lifeforms which survived rather than sampling them? How would this effect the Halo timeline since the Flood would be totally wiped off the board and wouldn't return during the war between the UNSC and the Covenant.

It's entirely possible that Clark still becomes Superman, since the Breyers weren't really evil people, whereas the Kents would have their work cut out for them, since his ship was actively influencing him to want to conquer the planet, but could their parenting steer Brandon away from such a path?

What if he was just popped into new eridu suddenly with no warning and no knowledge of the verse before hand. What would his reactions to the new world he's in be and how would he interact with the characters that he encounters?

For anyone who doesn’t know the original 5 X-Men are Cyclops, Jean Gray, Angle, Beast, and Iceman and like I already said we’re adding Wolverine & Storm.

Suppose in a parallel universe, the Hitman actually deletes Dave’s number before attempting the assassination or it gets destroyed during the Lyft brawl.

If McCall never found Dave’s number on the hitman’s call list, would that have allowed Dave to get away with Susan’s murder?

Suppose in a parallel universe where the events of the Jurassic Park film series took place in Ubisoft's Tom Clancy universe, the United States government was not only fully aware of InGen's dinosaurs, but they authorized a military invasion of Isla Sorna to eliminate all dinosaurs on the island, rather than simply outlaw travel to Isla Sorna (Assume this happens sometime between Jurassic Park 3 and Jurassic World).
