I’ve never touched SQL before, and trying to figure out DB Browser for SQLite on a MacBook while everyone else seems to already know what's going on is a bit overwhelming.

For anyone who has taken this paper: how do you actually structure your workflow? Any good beginner resources for SQL, or tips for surviving the workshops without falling completely behind? Would seriously appreciate any advice!
