I6uanta refund - what to do??

I have joined i6uanta a week ago for their non cat course but facing continuous glitches since then almost everyday. either their website is not working, the courses ive enrolled and paid for are not showing, or certain videos are not opening. even their support is useless and of no help. I asked for a refund 100 times but they refuse and keep saying wait we will fix the issue. I understand they have a no refund policy but it's just been 1 week of me enrolling and most days I have faced glitches, so I have barely accessed any material. also the live classes have not even started. I have mailed them and messaged on linkedin but no response for refund. what can I do?

Need Udemy Personal Plan for 2–3 months. Any way to avoid the annual plan?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to subscribe to the Udemy Personal Plan, but I only see the annual subscription in my account.

I contacted Udemy Support, and they told me that the Personal Plan is currently only available as a yearly subscription for my account/region.

I can't afford the annual payment right now, and I need access to multiple courses over the next 2–3 months for exam preparation. Buying individual courses is also much more expensive.

Has anyone:

  • Been able to get a monthly or 3-month Personal Plan?

I'd appreciate any advice or experiences.

Thanks!

My support tickets are being ignored for a serious issue on Udemy, worse, if i create more tickets they refer me back to that ticket, where the support guy replies late and is literally useless.

This guy Kaveh, beware of him, this is the worst support guy, he is a literal bot and does not solve any issue, in these few days, I have exchanges 50+ emails with no resolution, first 12-13 mails were the video not playing, this guy, was no help, at the end he forwarded the mail to support team after making videos 2 times, and when i was recording, the video started to play just normal.

Now, in my account there is an 18% tax issue, which was included separately, not in any other accounts, that i don't have my courses in, only in this one, even my friends, account it is not there, when i told him, he refused to contact the support, and after multiple tickets i keep getting referred to this stupid retard. He does not even reply on time.

Whom do i contact, i know if i had contacted some other guy, they would have solved it, in an instant instead i am stuck with this fucking loser and even new support mails redirect me to his ticket id.

Best beginner cooking courses on udemy? need real recommendations

Trying to actually learn to cook instead of just making pasta and eggs forever. Went on Udemy and there are hundreds of options, not sure where to start.

I'm a complete beginner, don't even hold a knife properly. I want something structured that builds on itself and actually explains why you're doing something, not just recipe videos to follow along with.

Anyone taken a course that was genuinely worth it? Got burned before by ones that looked good in the reviews but the instructor just reads off a script or never answers questions. Also curious if it's better to get one full course or a few smaller ones for specific stuff like knife skills, sauces, etc.

Appreciate any recommendation, trying not to waste money on the wrong one.

Is there any courses on Udemy that don't feature video? I just want to read articles because I find it easier to do these courses on the go than on the computer.

What the title said. It's a bit of a rhetorical question because I think there are none...

Opinion on Udemy course

I am thinking of doing a course on Claude Code. Is the Udemy masterclass course of value or is it the same as the free courses anthropic provides?

Over saturated colors

Has anyone had anyone had problems with the playback videos from the courses that’s randomly over saturated. I’m looking at YouTube and other sites and with videos and I’m not having the problem. I’m guessing it’s on Udemys side. Is there a fix?

How can I report AI slop instructor on udemy?

I upload the 'instructor' link in the comment, if you want to report it with me.

I was looking for a marketing course then I come across with this 'instructor' who knows everything about literally every sector. She has 213 courses (maybe more when you read this) and most of them are recent, published in the last couple of months. I watched the previews of the courses, they were all presentations with AI generated images, text and speakers. I mean literally an output of an automation. Another thing is the comments, for example the course has 730 student but only 2 reviews (4.9 stars), it is absurd. I look at the support of udemy but couldnt find how to report her. Is there any place on platform to report? I hope nobody pays for these slop courses and they do not spread like youtube AI slop contents.

Udemy course piracy

i see so many people doing piracy of udemy courses to study. everyone is doing job and getting paid. i personally know a trainer who works hard to earn money thru Udemy , his only source of income due to constraints. i feel really bad when i see that people want to take courses for free without thinking that someone’s livelihood is impacted.

Course Progress reset to 0

Logged in today- and progress was set back to 0

been working on the course since October (granted it is only a 35 hour course, but I am a single parent working full time so I have been squeezing and hour in here and there) but I was in the home stretch about 5 hrs left.

It is for a PMP (project management) and I know they are changing the test (AGAIN for the 2nd time this year), so I know the course had some updates, but that didn't reset my progress last time. I cannot seem to find any "contact us" for customer support for issues like this...anyone else have this happen? or know how to fix it? I REALLY dont want to start this all over

Suggestions for course(angela yu)

Hi everyone,
Im currently entering my third year ik im a bit late but i think this is the time
I’m thinking about buying Angela Yu’s Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp and wanted to hear from people who have actually completed it.
Is the course still up to date in 2026?
Is it good for someone who is almost a beginner in web development?
Were you able to build real projects and get internships or jobs after completing it?
Are there any outdated sections that I should be aware of?
Would you recommend this course, or is there a better alternative?

What's the Difference ?

I went to buy an individual course, but there is another option: a monthly subscription for 500, billed annually. Will I get access to all the Udemy courses? If I cancel billing within 20 days, can I still see the videos?

I am thinking about making a Class on Udemy. Any experiences with that?

Hi everybody. I am a scientist with nutrition and physical activity focus, so in easy words: nutritionist and fitness instructor for functional training and I am thinking about creating a course in Udemy.

Has anyone experience with the creation process? How easy is it, how often do people find your course and what’s about the price? I am super curious to hear your experiences & hope they will help me!

Thank you in advance :)

Udemy video player is really small and cropped

This might be a stupid issue, especially since I work in tech, but I cannot for the life of me find out what's going on. The video player is SO small. I can't even see it. I failed a few test questions, because I didn't realize I had to scroll down to see additional answers. How the heck do I fix it?

Edit: extra detail, it would appear udemy thinks im on mobile.

Edit 2: They said it sucks to suck. Just full screen it. Word for word was that they don’t have the resources to fix the issue right now. Come back later. Ticket closed.

Udemy Passwordless login workaround

After signing up for Udemy I discovered that they removed the ability to use email and password to log in, and now they use a random code sent you the registered email.

I find that counterintuitive especially if someone is using a password manager to automate the log in process.

after some digging I found a work around:

1- sign up using this link:
https://www.udemy.com/join/passwordless-auth/?passwordredirect=True&action=signup&mode=marketplace-signup

2- after signing up Click on your initials (2 letters on the top right corner) then click on "Account Security" on the left hand side of the screen. Fill in "Current password" box and "New password" box with identical passwords!, click change password button.

2- Log in using this link:

https://www.udemy.com/join/login-popup/?passwordredirect=True

Hope this helps someone who needed that to log in using the classic login page (i.e. email and password).

Honestly if it ain't broken .. they shouldn't "fix" it!

I just overhauled my "Data Engineering for Beginners with Python & SQL" course - free enrollment inside

Hi all! Just shipped a big update on my course: re-recorded lectures, cleaner captions, and refreshed content across Python, SQL/Postgres, pandas, streaming (Kafka, Pulsar, Kinesis), and a hands-on ETL walkthrough. Built for career switchers and beginners, with way more practice than passive video.

Free for a while with code SUMMER. As I cannot post the link here feel free to search Data Engineering for Beginners with Python & SQL and find the course under the instructor's name (me) Kiril Spiridonov.

If it helps, please leave a rating and honest review on Udemy, and feel free to drop questions or feedback below. I read everything. Cheers!
