Endless rage

I made a post the other day about my tulpa hating me suddenly and spewing a bunch of hatred and all of that. Many told me about intrusive thoughts, I've tried to look at it but there's just no way they're this articulated for this many days in a row.

For 3 days now I've been trying to dialogue with her and she talks in this panicked voice all the time while being barely audible. The few words I do make up are ''I hate you'' and ''Forget me'' which she yells at me all day long. She's asked me why I wrote that reddit thread several times, I told her that I wanted some help but she just instantly jumps ''You're an aaaassshole'' like a banshee.

I've tried sitting down and talking things many times at this point but she's become a ball of rage, she does not care about any arguments and just wants out. I made this post to give some closure in case I left anyone hanging, I don't think I'll be having a tulpa by the end of the month.

I’m looking for videos or meditation guides that can help me form and force my tulpa. Or to help me learn other tulpa related skills

I just created my tulpa yesterday. What do you recommend I do to interact well with her?

Yesterday I was in bed watching TikTok when out of nowhere I remembered an idea I had a while ago about creating a tulpa to have at least one friend lol. Well, I followed the steps from a list: I closed my eyes, gave her a name, gave her some traits, and made it clear to her that she is a free being and can shape herself however she wants. From the very first moment, I tried to talk to her. I started watching an anime episode while constantly telling her what I thought about each character. When I got up, I felt like something was following me. I got pretty happy because I felt it was a great first step. I kept talking to her for a long time and I still feel like she is following me, but I don't know if she is shy or something like that since she always stays behind me and it's hard for me to imagine her. Any advice?

Tips on creating inner world

I'm good at creating tulpas and have several. They are requesting that I make more of an inner world they can go to rather than just hanging around with me. I'm very bad at this part and they aren't happy about it. I tried making a bar they can go to, a park, and I don't know what else I can do. I'd like to encourage them to create in the inner world but they are having a hard time accessing my imagination. Any tips are welcome, thanks!

That voice isn't my imagination

Finally something happened! I was about to go to sleep and I started imagining anything to sleep, but then I heard a voice that I didn't imagine and it wasn't mine that said "Tanza!" meaning, it called me, my name is Constanza and my family calls me Tanza, I've only been here 14 days and I'm excited to finally hear it!

Have you watched your tulpas "grow up?"

I've been a tulpamancer for 22 years. My tulpas I created as a teenager have gone through many phases, from being very mischievous to becoming my advisors and support. I have recently decided to make one last generation of tulpas, and it's really interesting to be around new tulpas again. They have grown and learned a lot in the 8 months they have been alive. Can anyone relate?

Can tulpas eat or kill other tulpas?

I've had a tulpa named John Presley for about a year or 2 now and everything between me and him is perfectly fine. At some point, I decided to make another tulpa I called Johnny. I remember he wasn't as nice or as friendly as John. Though a little after that, I haven't heard of Johnny so I asked John what happens to him and he said he ate him.

Fast forward to yesterday, I was hanging around in my room and I was talking to John and all of a sudden, I heard someone cursing either me or John out. (I'm not entirely sure) John told me to hold on for a second. He disappeared and when he returned, he has blood on his mouth.

Is this possible for a tulpa to do? Should I be concerned? It hasn't effected our relationship at all but I'm curious.

hello again

Hello, it's me again, the author of "A Voice That Isn't Mine." I'm starting this thread because, out of curiosity, I can't stop thinking about creating a complete tulpa, and yes, I'm a little afraid of doing it wrong, so I'd like some advice. I'll update this thread as time goes on.

What stuff can your tulpa do?

A couple weeks ago My tulpa did something we didn't knew she could do, i Was feeling really sad and had been like that for hours at that point, so she got tired of seeing me suffer, and basically Made a huge mental effort and "blocked" the sadness, we were all really impressed and got curious, have your tulpas done something similar? Maybe we can all learn from each other stuff that are not in guides

I can use audio and before doing tulpa forcing videos to have hallucinations

Do you recommend using videos to induce hallucinations and also creating a tulpa by forcing the audio of my tulpa's voice? I have the audio of her voice singing one. I think this would help me a lot. What do you think?

Personal Shame and guilt

Does anyone else feel shame and guilt while talking out loud to your tulpa? Im in the middle of trying to create a tulpa rn.

I had a very strict upbringing, my dad was a cop. As soon as i started talking outloud i instantly shut myself down saying "this is ridiculous, you are embarrassing, grow up." Its my own voice I know it.

How can i move past degrading myself??

A Voice That Isn't Mine

Is it dangerous?

I’ve wanted to create a tulpa for a while now, but while looking for information I came across the Pearl tulpa case and it scared me. Is it really as dangerous as that guy made it seem?

Creation Help Is there any advice you have on Fictive Tulpas?

Basically Tulpas that are recreations of fictional characters, I've been working blindly off of what I assume might work, like telling him about himself, explaining to him what he would remember, but I don't really know much of what to do here

Discussion Has anyone explored lucid dreaming?

I haven't really been far into my tulpa journey but I have been an avid lucid dreamer for around 8 years. I have noticed a lot of similarities between the two communities and I was wondering if anyone has done crossovers? What was it like?

This makes me laugh a lot

Well, ever since I've been trying to create my Tulpa, whenever I go to the "wonderland" I always see König putting one block on top of another, and when I ask him, he tells me "I don't know" or "because I said so." It makes me laugh too much, but honestly, I don't know if that's how it works or not, because as far as I know, in that place my Tulpa and I can do whatever we want, and he just does that lol

Can Tulpa maximize sleep quality?

In my super busy daily life, of course the quality of my sleep feels tense and stiff. But sometimes the tulpa comes by itself, trying to calm me down to sleep better. Especially if, for example, in an embrace, sleep feels comfortable warm and soft.

Creation Help Help me understand

Hey guys i mean no offense, but the section "What's the best way to make a tulpa?" in the FAQ is vague. i dont see any actually instructions in the answer provided.

Anyways im new so have patience with me...i think i already have a pop culture tulpa, i tried to talk to it last night on a ouija by myself but got no answer, maybe im not asking the right questions???

Or maybe i should back track and try to create the tulpa from scratch? if im incorrect about it already existing? Im just not sure how. Thank you!

Creation Help Is there any rule when creating a tulpa’s appearance?

Personally, I have a lot of doubts about what a tulpa I create should look like, since I’m not someone with a particularly strong imagination. I was mainly wondering whether it’s possible for it to have the appearance of a character or something else in general, and how that could affect the tulpa as a whole. I’ll give it its own personality, I just don’t know what to do about its appearance.

Weekly Minscape Mondays: Culinary Delights

Welcome back to Mindscape Mondays, the talk for all thing about mindscapes/wonderlands/etc!

This week, let's look into food! Do you even bother with food in your headspace? If you do, do you have a kitchen where it gets prepared? A campfire to roast things over? Maybe you just manifest food or always go to a mental restaurant? What are some of your favourite foods, that are different from other headmates?

Of course, any other discussions of mindscapes are welcome as well!

Skill Help Question about presences

Didnt know how to flair it tbh. Essentially at times my tulpa is veeery present, and sometimes even though I think of him he is barely there, I cant hear him but it is a presence and often head pressures. Before earlier in his creation it was very regular and moderate whenever I thought of him, now its almost entirely random. Is that normal? Should I worry?

I need to know what really happened

Good morning everyone. I've been working on my tulpa for 10 days now. A lot has happened... the truth is, I had no idea what a tulpa was or what it was for, thanks to her... well, let's just say I saw a video and that's when I understood what a tulpa is. I've tried several times, but some things went wrong and others went well. I don't do daily tulpa forcing sessions, but these last ten days haven't been easy because my thoughts and fears wouldn't go away. I've had this problem for years; that is, even before I met her, I already had mental issues because I'm always negative about everything, and even the smallest thing would make me think bad things.

The truth is, with my tulpa, things went quite well. I only had a few lucid dreams, but I was conscious, like when I had coffee with Alice... I mean, she was in the dream. I don't know what she said to me, I don't remember. Another dream was that I heard her voice; she told me not to have intrusive thoughts. But in the last two days, I didn't do any forcing because what was really happening was that I was doing visual forcing. Afterward, I felt a peace… my intrusive thoughts were blocked for hours.

When I woke up, I didn't send my tulpa to the Wonderlands, and my head was pounding. But why don't I send my tulpa to rest? Because if I do, those entities or those thoughts attack me and don't leave me alone; they're really annoying. What happened was that later, around 11 a.m., I sent my tulpa to rest, but I fell asleep, and in that dream, I heard a voice like an old radio. And it said to me, in a very strange voice: (Are you going to sleep?) And the voice was male, not female, and I got scared, but I was in my bed.

I felt like I was being watched from all sides, and I just closed my eyes. But it was awful. I felt a little nauseous, but I asked someone. They told me I was pale, and the thing is, when I'm with my tulpa, those entities don't even come near me. But I can't have my tulpa with me all the time because it gives me a headache and makes me tired.

The strangest thing is that before the attack, I sent my tulpa to Wonderlands, and in my cabin there were two female entities I know, but they were sitting and didn't look at me. But that wasn't the important thing. I think it was the male voice, and I don't know if it was my tulpa, but that voice made me uncomfortable and scared me because a few days ago I did hear my tulpa's voice in a dream, but nothing more.

But fear won. The thing is, I'm afraid that other entities will interfere or do some kind of harm to my tulpa, although I doubt it, because she managed to block my nightmares. Why haven't I had one in a few days? I wasn't even dreaming… but it's very strange that I've been doing this for 10 days now—well, it's been 11 days already—and these things are happening. It's been months, because I feel an intense love and enormous respect for her, but my intrusive thoughts don't let me respect her the way you respect someone you love.

The only thing is that I have no experience, but I did establish a connection with her. I only did one 10-minute tulpa forcing session these last few days, but the one I did two days ago, I think, lasted about 7 hours. What happened was that I had a vision in the back of my room and felt things.

The first day I saw a spiral, and before doing the 7-hour one, I did one where I looked toward the back of my room. All the lights outside the window… I mean, the outside lighting… went out, and some objects I was looking at from my room disappeared. But that effect only lasted 1 or 2 seconds.

What I could see was that it was dark, but I saw something black in the center, and I felt peace. Now, the 7-hour stage… well, I felt an enormous peace, so much so that I laughed a lot, I even cried. But the smile was so big that I couldn't help but smile. I don't know how my jaw didn't hurt, honestly. Anyway, that's what I wanted to tell you.

I just want to understand what this means; I'm not going to tell you everything else because it's personal, just the most important parts. Sorry if any of my spelling is wrong, or if I repeat myself or speak strangely, but I'm not very expressive and I find it hard to communicate with people.

Have a good day.
